Frankie was awesome! He should have other employees with him on the floor. I felt bad that I had a phone break emergency but in the long run he helped me get a new one and I even added an Apple Watch to my purchase. Yay for Frankie! He truly made me feel like my phone issue was his issue as well and honestly I'd buy anything from Frankie.

Frankie was awesome! Amazing customer service. Highly trained professional and backs it up. I will be sending everyone I can to him, he was very tentative and able to take care of multiple people at once. I was thoroughly impressed and glad I switched to AT&T.

I’ve been with at&t for 5+ years and Frankie is by the BEST manager I’ve met! He was super polite & resourceful. He put me onto some of the deals I’ve been missing out on and told a few jokes in the process 😂 Made my visit very enjoyable! I will definitely go to this location and ask for Frankie from now on.

If you’re looking for great phone and customer service this is the place to go. Frankie took his time explained everything if I have a question about any of the phone service he is always happy to help! The best customer service experience ever!!!

Very satisfied with my purchase, I can't thank Brian enough. Brian was my sales rep, he was very very patient and helpful with me.I walked out with a Brand new phone, I'm super ecstatic. By far the best customer service I have ever seen. If you are in this location please ask for Brian you won't regret. The manager Dana is also great and pleasant.
