Keystone Heights RV Resort

This is our second time visiting this resort. We visited for a week in the spring of 2023 and decided we wanted to make a reservation for Jan, Feb, and Mar of 2024.
We arrived early Jan and the weather was cool. The campground is beautiful they have very spacious sites with full hookups including free WiFi and cable TV.
All people here are very friendly and the facility is beautiful. The improvements that are greatly needed is correction to the acoustics in the main hall. I am hearing impaired and the sound can be deadening and unclear to the point where I don’t even want to attend.
The other area is updating the event schedule, consistency in what is being put out there and better coordination of planning paid events where food is served. One recommendation could be selling tickets the day before so the correct amount of food is ordered. I am sure much of these are growing pains.
I would recommend this resort to anyone. And many thanks for all the hard work you do for the campers and residents.

I had the pleasure of staying in a covered wagon “Buffalo Bill”. It was truly a fantastic experience with all the comforts of a hotel room. The staff is above and beyond accommodating. Everyone is super friendly. If you’re thinking of coming to stay in a covered wagon you won’t be disappointed!

Nice and clean! New. Beautiful pool and plenty of things to do in the resort. There are also some decent restaurants not very far. We stayed for 2 months. Already booked for next year!

We're here for a week and totally impressed with the front desk staff and friendliness of the community as a whole. Nice amenities also!

Best Camp Ground In Florida .Place is completely Brand New Everything ...Try this Campground rent a covered wagon for the weekend you will be glad you did..They have a amazing Post office , Staff Very Very Friendly , Campsite Very Clean , I signed up for a annually site im so happy i did .This park is going to build stores accessable on your golf cart they have there own propane filling station , Free Unlimited internet ,Nice dog Park CLEAN This is a 55 Plus gated Community kids are really not welcome here so beware.. Bathrooms very clean , They sell mobile homes here and Campers. Alot more sites coming here There putting in there OWN gun range , Golf Range ,Pubix Store, soon ! wait until the this place is done theres still more phases they are building This place will be HUGE !!! Biggest In Florida get your annually sites now before there all gone ..Becarefull using RV CARE PRO when fixing your camper there VERY EXPENSIVE 4 hrs work $1000, $250 before they leave there shop service call and the work is sometimes uncompleted so becarefull...I hope this review helped have a nice day fellow campers ...

My 10 Month Review , Internet doesnt work, Cable doesnt work ,Very LOUD campground you here traffic noise 24-7 , Mail Room Confused they send you a email package pick up when you get there they CANT find your item,, They give you a hard time on deliveries they wont let venders in the gates . Pubix , Croger , etc
Area Has nothing to offer ..AND this is a adult community , NOT a 55 plus ..so you will have young adults partying We had enough we are NOT going to renew our annual site. 2 mounth left then we are gone Happy Camping !!!

Great atmosphere for wife and I. Love the ammentities. A lot of things are close buy. Look forward to being there more and more.

The resort is fairly new. The roads are paved* and all sites have concrete pads. There are 30 amp and 50 amp hookups. Since the sites are fairly new the shrubs and trees between the sites are just starting to grow. The clubhouse is nice with a large gathering area. There is a game room with pool and ping-pong tables. There is also an exercise room and a sauna. The pool looks nice but it was a little too chilly in January to use it. There is limited shopping in the nearby community but groceries can be delivered to the site using Kroger Delivery. Overall, this is a very nice resort for long term or short term stays.
*They are adding several new sites to the resort so some of the reads in the newer area are being paved as development continues.

It's one of the nicest RV Resort that we have ever been to.

This place is awesome. First of all Kim, in the front office goes out of her way to help you and the entire staff is very friendly. The entire rv park is literally in pristine condition. Swimming pool , gym ice machines , mini golf course , restaurant with great food. My favorite thing is you have plants and small trees with buffer zone between all rv's so you feel very private. If it were possible I would give it a 10 score. It's a great great find and the prices are excellent!!!!!

Rented a covered wagon for the weekend, it was spectacular and the staff as well as residents were very nice.

Wagons need to be moved away from the road as it is very noisy and hard to sleep with the noise coming from the main road.

I will definitely rent a covered wagon again, as long as they are not in the same location in the park.

I visited a friend who has been at this resort park about 18 months. Based on the parks I've stayed at over the years around the country, this one was fresh, roomy, very clean and well laid out. This is central Florida, not Jackson Hole, so the scenery is non existent.The landscaping is minimal and new. The pool and facilities looked very nice and well maintained. The dozen people or so I met were very friendly. The RVs were newer and well kept, mostly Class A coaches. There's not much in the immediate area except pine trees in terms of amenities, however Gainesville is about 20 minutes away. They have a nice set of Conestoga style wagons as overnight Air BnB style rentals for visitors that were very roomy and clean. The A/C was very cold.

There’s a reason this place is in the top 100 in America. The park is immaculate. The amenities are great and growing. The staff is the best I’ve ever seen. We lucked up and came across it in 2021. Glad we did!

RV park is very clean. Cleanest Laundry Room and Restrooms. It’s a bit high to wash a load of Laundry and you have to use tokens which is very inconvenient. People are friendly and great atmosphere.

We recently stayed here and really enjoyed it. This is probably the first true RV Resort we have stayed at and man it was nice! Sites are all FHU with concrete pads and nicely landscaped. They had something going on everyday so if youo get bored here it is your fault. We enjoyed our walks and bike rides around the park checking out all of the nice RV's. If you don't have an RV, check out their cool covered wagons you can stay in. They were really neat frrom what we seen of them. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

This place is awesome. I have stayed in many campgrounds/resorts and this place is at the top of my list. Lots are large and well manicured. Amenities are numerous. Staff is superb, always willing to help. The manager is on top of things and responds quickly to concerns. It is a fairly new resort and gets better every day. Yes, the park is intended for adults.

My wife and I spent 2 days in the park in what is considered phase 1. The site was well laid out and beautiful (very wide concrete pad). The facilities are new and kept very clean! I was able to play pickle ball with some of the residents and had a blast! Parts of the park are under construction but that had no bearing on our stay! I highly recommend this park for the friendly staff, cleanliness of the park and a multitude of things to do! It was amazing and felt like home! ~Stephie G.

It's awesome. New and fresh.
Church available to those who want to go. Bingo wkly,will, aerobics,low impact workouts available, arts n crafts, karaoke night,pot lucks and ladies brunches. And so much more. The staff are excellent and super friendly. The restaurant in the front (Florida cracker) is out of this world food, service at a reasonable price 😋 . We have decided to stay a year at this point. We love it here.

Michele at the front desk is an absolute gem - she went above and BEYOND to mix and match the dates that we needed in order to stay long-term. She is pleasant, kind, approachable, and patient .. a real breath of fresh air!

I can’t say enough about this place. It’s so nice. I was running late, and the ladies in the office were so nice, and communication was amazing on what to do after office hours. I stayed in the covered wagons to my surprise they were very spacious. Cold ac, amazing bed, nice size shower with hot hot water. I can’t say enough about this rv resort. I would definitely come back and stay longer.
