Kroger

Used to eat Kroger fried chicken all the time with my mama back home. Shoutout to John at the Deli for helping me get some nostalgic chicken. Went out of his way to help a brother out. Recommend him a raise!

Very clean and easy to find everything I was looking for

One of the best staffs you will find in a Kroger. Some have been there a long time and in this case it's a benefit. The Pharmacy is also very efficient and well-staffed even though they have less experience now that the great Ann Wray has retired.
2024 update: Still one of the better Krogers in every department, especially the pharmacy.

I was too late today during lunch time. They've run out of fried chicken. The deli area said that they won't be cooking anymore fried chicken today... but I will still give them 5 stars for the effort.

I want to say that Robert is such a great employee that helps me anytime I need help and is so kind. He even will help you get your groceries in your car. He is definitely a valued employee. Thank you, Robert!

@ the king richard drive location, John was super professional and super polite despite me being hangry and rushing my boyfriend to stop gabbing. Plus he hooked my wings up A+ wings A+ customer service John in the fresh market area deserves a raise! Plus when they didn’t take Apple Pay and it took me a sec to swap money around , he enlightened the manager on duty just in case we weren’t able to go through with our transaction. I didn’t catch her name, but she was super cool too.

Clean store. More management presence on the floor to help customers. Every employee I saw stroking asked me can I help you with anything. I've always been a Kroger customer closer to my former address and even continued to drive 10 miles after I moved. But I'm sure I'll be coming back to this location. It's amazing how much a simple smile and hello can make ALL THE DIFFERENCE. Great job!

I love bringing my 3 year old here. They offer a free piece of fruit and a balloon for kids and my son is always well behaved. Fresh produce. Love the deli too.

The checkout today was fast! The cashier made sure I was not there long! It's a great feeling when you're in a hurry to get to whatever destination you're going to and you're helped out fast.

Family Friendly, well organized grocery store. Kroger offers specialty items for dietary condition, such as gluten-free products. Incredible wine selection. Kind and courteous staff. The fuel points are great, i can save up to a dollar on my gas for 35 gallons. The benefits of the rewards program for fuel points is worth shopping at Kroger. The pharmacy is knowledgeable and caring. i give kroger 5 stars

Kroger was the only location we could find in the Virginia Beach area that both accepted WIC and carried the specialized formula our daughter needed. Our entire experience was very pleasant. We went early, so it wasn't too busy, and all of the staff was polite and welcoming. We have decided we will no longer shop at competitors for groceries as the price, service, and comfort of Kroger's was unsurpassed by any other organization in the area. Thanks!

My grandma Irene is 91 years old and visits this grocery store because it is in walking distance and she doesn't drive. Recently she called to tell me her push cart she uses to bring groceries home had a broken wheel. She stated she went to this store to only buy a few items but ended up buying more than she could carry home. She went to a manager by the name of "Michael" and told him her dilemma. Michael arranged for one of the coworkers there to give her a ride home. I am so thankful for Michael and the considerate staff at this Kroger's!!!! There are truly still some nice people in this world! If I could rate it 10 stars I would! Thank you so much Kroger's!!! 😇👍🏼❤

One stop shopping for everything you need, and all at very reasonable prices. Perhaps one of the best benefits of this Kroger is the ability to rack up fuel points to save money on gas. You can easily save up to $1.00 off per gallon of gas, and trust me, the savings definitely add up!

Great store! This Kroger has a huge selection that seems to always be stocked and prices are lower than other grocery stores in the area (including the other Kroger locations). The only downside is the location, it is behind a bank so it's quite difficult to see from the main road.

When I went to Kroger looking for an item on sale and asked the manager Ray if they had anymore he apologized but said they were waiting for a shipment. As we were leaving he came to us and gave us the item and said he was looking for us thru out the store when he got it off the truck just now. We wanna say thanks alot to Ray for making our average trip awesome.

I absolutely love this location. They always have what I'm looking for and are very friendly. And the prices keep me coming back, they beat out all the other stores.
