Had a very good experience with putting a new roof on my mustang convertible. Flat rate to put on the roof, right in the estimated time, and they were able to fix the window 🪟 problem for a really good price with no notice at all. Highly recommend Santos.

I searched multiple places for upholstery in the Bay county area, and I came across this shop. They had multiple good reviews, so I decided to go with them. I called a day before and they said bring it by the next day. They put in the new headliner and everything looked great! I realized on the way home there was a blown fuse and my locks, trunk, and interior lights weren’t working. I called Josh back and he told me to bring it right back even though they had closed for the day. I brought it back and they fixed the issue in about an hour. Great customer service, and they were not frustrated with me! They were so nice and did a great job! Will definitely use them in the future for any upholstery needs!

I had a tear in my driver's seat on my Ford fusion. I took it to Santos upholstery after a recommendation by GFS autos in Panama city beach. The owner examined the damage carefully and put forward his recommendation which was to replace the side panel and back panel. The back panel he should me to be brittle and showed signs of cracking. I agreed and drop the car off early the next day. By lunchtime the job was completed. First class repair, very pleased with the result
