Critter Care of Panama City

Everyone there is compassionate, attentive and professional. They always help me with my 2 big dogs ( cause I'm old) and if they can't fix my animal, they always know and send me to the specialist that can.

My dog had cancer. My long time vet referred me to Tallahassee and couldn’t do the surgery. I went to Critter Care for a second opinion. They had him in surgery that week and he is doing much better.

The techs brought my dog a bowl of water while I was waiting. I can’t speak for others and what they experienced and they are very busy — but that has never happened to me before. My wait times have also been reasonable.

Critter care is Wonderful. I'm so glad to have been referred to them. The veterinarian was excellent. The staff was so kind and caring. I have found my pet doctor for forever! My pets, three dogs Thank you for your kindness.

Very honest, clean, and reasonably priced veterinarian care. Critter Care was suggested by a family member, but I didn't expect much. I was very impressed and I believe I have found a new vet for my pets. Thank you, Critter Care!

First time here, and the office was clean and bright. The staff and vet techs were amazing and the vet was very thorough. I have 4 dogs of various sizes and ages and all will be coming here!

Very good staff, they were able to get all 3 of my pets taken cared of, first time visit for them, and fix them same day at a reasonable cost that I was able to afford, I truly recommend them to anyone who needs to get things done for their pets.

My most handsome great amazing dog Cuz burned his foot. They took great emergency care of him supplied antibiotics, burn cream, and pain medication for him as well as sedation meds all under 200!! Love these guys!

I will never go anywhere else. They were the most kind, honest and considerate vet I have ever been to. I had to put down my Captain (dog) I have had for 9 years. They immediately gave him a sedative to calm him because he was having convolutions. They let me stay with him as long as I needed to and did not interfere or try to rush my grieving. Thank you Critter Care for making my last moments with Captain peaceful and to allow him to drift off peacefully! May God Bless your staff and your business.

Dr. Hubbard was very caring and address all of our possibilities with our dogs after her thorough care and made excellent suggestions after diagnosis.

I can’t express the gratitude I have for this vet! The dr and staff meant the world to me today and everyone in the office was so compassionate. I am so thankful. If you need a vet this is definitely where I recommend.

Their personal heart felt love and respect for animals shines through the care and attention they showed with my precious, Lucy. The effortless laid back atmosphere of the office immediately put the nervous mommy in me at ease! What's funny to me is, normally I would've felt ...but rather didn't feel offended when they kindly addressed the fact that my 🐕 is overweight (okay...FAT!!) and I needed to feed her a healthier diet for to have a longer life expectancy.....and I do!!!
So, how ever many she'll have with me...Critter Care will be there too! Thanks Docs and all staff!!!

Prices are reasonable. They understand budget! Dr. Collier and staff are absolutely wonderful and informative. I have a 4yr old Chihuahua and had a lot of questions with her being my 1st dog. I'm taking her back to get a dental cleaning and spayed. Thanks Critter Care!!

Very caring and helpful. My animals are never scared going here. Odd? Right? Pleasantly surprised. That's why they are always going here.

I have been so pleased with Critter Care. They have made same day appointments (for emergency care) when all other vets are booked. They also did a wonderful job when we put down my folks dog. The cremation service they used blew us away. Extra plus is that the vet we had been seeing moved there.
Update: They took amazing care of my kitten when she had a complication (infection due to allergy) after getting spayed. They called me with regular updates and put my cat's wellbeing first. They really care! Thanks Dr Hubbard & Sam!

Amazing ppl I love them so much they helped me out so much I didn't have all the money upfront and my puppy had parvo they saved him and I paid when I got the money amazing sweet ppl ❤❤❤

Had my pet euthanized there, they were very professional and comforting and did a wonderful job at keeping our Doberman very stress-free and comforted the entire time. They made it as uplifting and peacrful of a process as possible. My highest respect and gratitude for the staff that helped us.

Had both of my bunnies fixed here. Did a wonderful job on both. Female was done a few months ago and healed quickly, male done today and within a few hours is already eating and drinking.
