I have been managing my own properties for nearly ten years. As I have gotten older, I wanted more time to spend with my family and less time spent managing properties. I decided it was time to hire a property manager. Having been burnt by a previous Property Management company, I spent numerous hours researching and interviewing companies. Mark with CRPM was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. More importantly, he is in continuous contact with me to ensure the properties are being properly maintained and collecting rent. He has been doing an excellent job and I would recommend CRPM to any property owner.

I am the owner of a rental property in Panama City and I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and professional the CRPM staff are. They are extremely hands on and made renting out my property a seamless and stress free experience.

My name is Chris and I have been with Carroll Realty for the past 2 years(going on 3). I could go on and on about how great Rosalind, Sheila and Greg have treated me over the past 2 years. I have not had 1 single problem with billing, maintenance, etc. The management group is absolutely wonderful and is quick to respond if needed and goes above and beyond of what they should. I see the negative reviews on here and it makes me wonder who these people are dealing with because it must definitely not be Carroll Realty. I'm not saying that they are lying, I'm just saying that I've never had any issues with them. If you're looking for a professional Realty company Carroll Realty should most definitely be at the top of your list.

Gone thru some misfortunes in my life this past year. So when I had to settle for a rental, I reached out to several realtors with homes I found online trying to make it as easy as possible for myself. Quickly I found out realtors make a lot more selling than renting. No serious call backs except for one, Carroll Realty off Grace Avenue. I’m now in rental and good friends with all the Carroll Realtor staff. Living in Panama City could not be any better.

The ladies in the office went out of their way to help me get everything I needed resolved with me for a quick lease approval and Greg was very polite to me at the time of the property showing and made sure a small issue with the property was taken care of immediately.
