Balance is such a wonderful studio! I’ve been a member for the last 3 months and attending classes consistently 4-5x/ week since I’ve been back home visiting family for the season.

I’ve really enjoyed their mix of classes and though I started with more of their Slow Flows and Yin options, I’m now loving the weekly Vinyasa classes that leave you feeling like you have put in some work. Some of them will have you sweating real good!

The space and people are always super welcoming and the natural light that envelops the room is always inspiring to practice in.

If you are looking for a great space with well trained teachers who are always aiming to help you feel welcome and comfortable, balance is your yoga fam 🙏🏼

The best yoga studio in Bay County! I’ve attended several of the class offerings and workshops at this amazing studio- The owner, staff and space are very warm and welcoming. This is a wonderful studio for any level of yogi! Definitely a not to miss as a local or as traveller to the area!

I have been looking for a Yoga Studio in town, and I am so glad I found them. They have different yoga classes for all levels, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. And it is in the old town in an old building that makes it even more interesting. If you are looking for a yoga studio, this one should be on your list first.
And their prices and packages are great too.

Amy is so friendly and leads a wonderful class. Her vinyasa class is wonderful and is encouraging to add a little more challenge to your practice. She also provides ample accommodations to ensure you can participate at whatever level you are at that day. If you need something to help you improve your mind & body connection this is the space for you. Loved it here!

Best place to practice yoga in town! I love that they have a variation of classes. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend this studio to everyone!

I've been to 4 different classes so far with 4 different teachers and I've not been disappointed. The teachers are knowledgeable and the space is great. I would definitely recommend and I will continue going for sure!

Absolutely LOVE this intimate yoga studio in Historic Downtown Panama City. Classes offer a nice variety of yoga. Definitely something for everyone at every level. I purchased an unlimited monthly membership and I am more than getting my money's worth.

Honestly didn’t know I needed this until a good friend of mine gifted this to me. It was well worth it . I was able to release built up tension in my tail bone and go at my own pace. The space is welcoming, light and airy. The music was grounding and warm toned. I appreciated the journaling as well . Thank you.

So grateful that Balance Yoga opened up in Panama City! It’s become a regular part of my routine and I always feel better after class 😊

This is a great yoga studio. The teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful. I usually go to Amy and Tonya's classes. They both are great at explaining different pose and helping the students adapt the poses to their individual abilities.

Tracey Jagiello was the instructor for the new moon- yin yoga workshop and she was welcoming, accepting, and just a pure breath of fresh air. I only put four stars because I expected some incense or blinds or something to create a better atmosphere for relaxation. It's a beautiful room with wooden floors and the lesson was very digestible, definitely wish we could've done more poses too. Thanks!
