I've been living at Andrews place since 2012. The managers take good care of me and my apartments needs. They are very respectful, and they follow the rules. I love my one piece apartment baby!. My first home is new Orleans and my second home has panama city. In the last few years, it has been cleaned up alot. Pay yo rent on time baby!!!

Andrews Place has come a long way. I've recommended several friends and family members. Management is on the ball. Also, I've noticed a lot of one star reviews. My opinion on that is. People have a tendency to get mad about things here because they 1. Don't pay rent on time and 2. They don't want to follow the rules. 3. Management is super professional and they don't play.

When i seen the horrible review about Andres Place Apartments. I took it upon myself and took time out my busy schedule to write my own review and to show how great of a place Andrews Place is. I have been living at Andrews Place apartment for 2 years and the staff is great. After new Management took over everything it is so good. Winnie is a great Manager with a lot of experience. When i need something to be fixed in my apartment the maintenance staff is great and very pleasant and fast to respond to my problem. Even though it's not a gated complex it is safe to raise my kids. I'm a very happy resident that plan to reside here as long as that i am fortunate to do so. And mangement to very caring to my issue.

Andrews place has amazing customer service skills. They are prompt with all their emergencies and are very helpful when it comes to their tenants.

SO FAR IT'S BEING A GOOD EXPERIENCE, THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. WHITNEY IS A GREAT MANAGER, I'M SURE HER EXPERTISE WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS.

llevo 6 años como residente y nunca he tenido ningun problema, pueden mejorar un poco la limpieza en los pasillos y las areas comunes, otra cosa es las piscinas cerradas los fines de semana que es cuando los padres pueden llevar a sus hijos..
