I went in to 1240B Seminole Trail in panic mode and a young lady named Alexa came to the rescue and in about 12 minutes fixed the problem that no other phone store in town could do. Phenomenal service which in Charlottesville is quite rare. She deserves a RAISE!

Recieved excellent service from Heather in dealing with the transition to a new phone when my antique Galaxy S7 service got cut off yesterday.
Very knowledgeable about the options and services I had available to stick with a Samsung like I wanted and get me back up and running, despite limited options due to shipping and COVID.
I was probably the last customer of the night and I took a great deal of her time, and she was patient and helpful through the whole process. I really appreciated the service, thank you.
