Always a pleasant experience at this Costco. It is typically quieter and draws a smaller crowd than the other nearby Costco's and Sam's Club.

Store is typically well-stocked and has plenty of variety and selection.

Staff is often friendly and helpful.
Food court is clean and provides good service.

Both parking lot and gas pumps are easy to get in and out of

It is large, clean, the front end is well staffed and swift, it has a large selection, everything we've bought from there has been fresh (with one exception of some spongey apples that looked good on the outside), prices are reasonable, every time I've asked staff for help they've been kind and efficient, and you've just got to stop and get some food up front at those prices.

I haven't had any negative experiences at this location and with it being the first Costco I've ever been to, I can see what all the hype is about.

Recently I got home and realized I’d left an item on the bottom rack of the grocery cart- a box with 28 individual bags of popcorn. I live 45 min away so couldn’t get back right away. I called and spoke with Kyle who immediately took care of writing it in a log. He was so helpful, telling me that whenever I came back was fine. A few days later, I came in to customer service. Kyle happened to be working, along with a few others, and was quick to help me. Kyle’s customer service is far superior to any other help I’ve received at Costco. A very good experience. Thank you for hiring such expedient, courteous, knowledgeable people as Kyle.

I absolutely LOVE Costco! They have lots of amazing foods in bulk, a great food court (which is super cheap), and samples for you to try new amazing foods! If you are thinking about going to Costco, it will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!

Always enjoy my trips to the Charlottesville Costco. Great selection of fun things. Great selection of wines for holiday get togethers and gifts. Freezer section always has fun random things to try that rotate as well

Costco is one of my favorite places to shop, especially for kids clothing on clearance. I pick up items year round and hold them for birthdays and the holidays. I've used Costco to outfit both nieces and my nephew for the last few years. Additionally, gas prices are usually the cheapest in town, they have a good pizza price if you are looking to pick up a quick dinner, and they carry several local products (e.g. great local beer selection).

This location has a tire center and pharmacy too. I've bought tires for vehicles in the past because they were cheaper than other shops in the area. They also honor their tire services and warranty.

Great selection for Christmas gifts this year again. Can't go wrong with Costco membership.

Always friendly and helpful associates. We find everything we need and often too much more! We love the little "Costco cafe" as we call it. The pizza slices are huge, and we can both eat 2 slices and a soda for $4.99. Can't beat it! Large parking lot to help get in an out easy. We also love the discount gas!

Great place to buy items in bulk and good quality products

Sinisa in the optical department is fantastic! Extremely helpful and friendly. He really took the time to help me understand what I needed to know about contact lenses. He was clearly very knowledgeable and great at what he does.

Nice Costco with friendly staff. We recently made use of the hearing aid center for my father-in-law. The hearing aid specialist was very knowledgeable and worked very carefully and thoroughly to fit the hearing aids. I also appreciate the courtesy of the staff on those rare occasions when we need to return something... It's never an issue which really gives me a lot of confidence when I shop here.

The staff were kind when my 89 year old father in law needed one of the motorized chairs. He's 90 now!

This is the nicest Costco I've been to. It is always spotless and usually not crowded. The personnel are helpful and quick to drop what they are doing if needed. The produce is fresh. I drive 70 miles each way once a month or so to stock up on their high quality stuff. We save hundreds of dollars on eyeglasses and hearing aids. The routine purchases like wild salmon and rotisserie chicken gets us in the store, then a few times a year we see a bigger ticket item that we want that is nicer than available other places.

This Costco is great (just like all of them). Gas is always the best price in town. Despite it getting busy, the checkout lines always move fast. Tire inflation stations are helpful. I only wish the parking lot was better designed with wider walkways for the huge carts and more cart return spots (there are surprisingly few).

I work nearby and get lunch here at least once a week! Between the delicious samples to the unbeatable prices, there’s not a better place to stop! Make sure to check the sale ad before you go so you don’t miss any of the numerous deals!
