Our experience with Rich Plourde Jr. was wonderful. I have a hard time finding shoes that work for me with swollen feet and needing shoes with a low foot bed. I have been looking for a long time, Rich recommend Haflinger slippers; which are sturdy and very comfortable. I have worn Brooks tennis shoes and Finn Comfort sandals before. Rich found tennis shoes that fit great and lower heel sandals that are very comfortable in these two brands. Several pair of shoes I picked up, he explained why they would or would not work for my situation m; which I appreciated. He also found a comfortable Brooks tennis shoe for my husband. Have shopped at Shoe Fly before and it is a great place to get shoes giving you as much time as you need and offering advise to help you make an informed choice.

Great shoes and Rich is the best. Professional and knowledgeable. He got me in a pair of Brooks Addiction that have the support I need. I can walk miles and my knees aren’t hurting now. It made such a difference! I had gone in there to look at Hokas but he steered me in the right direction.

These people and this place is the absolute best! I am so picky about my shoes and the way they fit and feel and these guys always do top notch work to help me find those "unicorn" shoes that look great and are comfy. I go here for any of my shoe needs any time of year; it's basically the only place I shop for shoes. They are attentive and so helpful and the selection is great. Customer service is as good as it gets.

Wonderful service! I found out that this shop carries Brooks running shoes and I went to find my new pair for the year. The salesman, Frank, was SO helpful and nice. He even showed me a Brooks pair I'd never tried before and it's my new go-to shoe. I was delighted to find such a great local business to support from now on.

The best experience ever!!! Seriously. My sister and I both have very wide feet and high arches. It has been almost impossible to find shoes that fit. But Rick Plourde measured my foot and pulled out some Brooks that felt amazing! And for my sister. Outstanding customer service!

I wrote a brief review a year ago complimenting the customer service, but I have to update it to expand. The employees at Shoe Fly are incredibly knowledgeable about the brands and styles that they carry, and they have endless patience to answer any questions that you have. I've asked general questions such as how to care for leather and specific questions such as how my feet might adapt to one style if I'm used to wearing another... and they consistently share helpful and insightful information.

It NEVER feels like they're trying to trick you or sell you something you don't need. They're the type of shop that will give you honest advice even if it means you don't buy something that you were considering -- which makes me want to support them even more! If you're looking for high quality shoes from local folks who know their products well and want to help you find the best pair for your feet and preferences, this is no doubt the best place to go. Wow, I was really impressed with this store! The selection at Shoe Fly is all high quality and the shoes I bought are an amazing investment. Amazing customer service- very knowledgeable! It’s so great to walk in a place where people educate you and get you in the right shoes. Will be going here from now on.

I purchased a pair of Dansko's today from Richard who is very knowledgeable and the expert for proper fit issues. This is my second experience and I couldn't be more pleased with the education and service I received on my purchase!

Excellent customer service! Went in with a stain on my booties and the guy used a suede bar. Then gave it to me! He even told me to seal it with the suede spray I already had. So nice and helpful!

Helped my daughter find the right shoes to keep her body aligned & prevent fatigue while being on her feet a lot. We are so grateful!
