Barracks Road McDs is always good service. Love the decoration for St Patty's Day!

we went literally 5 minutes before closing and the manager Damian helped us get shakes even though they had been taken off the menu for the day because of an issue with the machine. So beyond grateful for this man EXCELLENT SERVICE 10/10 give Damian a raise

The food was hot and delicious . Brian was very prompt with our order. We got two happy meals and the fish filet meal. Will definitely be returning .

I've always thoroughly enjoyed McDonald's food regardless of what location I'm at. Service and atmosphere are generally always the same, about average.

That Smokey QPC IS Deliciously mouthwatering tasty 😋 😋 like one of my own homemade. It doesn’t get any better that this. I highly recommend this sandwich.

I give the manager on duty (Thurs 9/30) the 5 stars. He gave us the best customer service that I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. My daughter ordered a Iced Mocha. Her first one at McDonald’s. The machine was being cleaned, so he offered something else to drink while we waited. He gave her a bottle of water, not just a small cup from the faucet. 15 minutes later, it still wasn’t ready. The manager offered us anything else to replace it, if we didn’t want to keep waiting. We waited 5 more minutes. When the machine was ready, the manager made the iced mocha himself. He upgraded it to a larger size for no extra charge, and added lots of chocolate sauce. My daughter really enjoyed it. We will definitely be going back to that particular McDonald’s again. Hands down, best customer service.

Went to a McDonald's competitor and my bank card was not working and they insisted I used the kiosk,so I stand in line for on 18 minutes and they refused to help me, so I came here down the road 11/2 miles to this other McDonald's with a lower score and They too had a sign asking you to use the kiosk because they're very busy and understaffed but the manager named Debbie help me and had no problem with it, she was very friendly about it and very kind and understanding about me having cash only, Thank you Debbie.... 💞☺ Reviews can be biased! 🤔✅✌ Cheif Ram 🐏

Bryce was the best fast food worker I have ever encountered. Polite & patient even though I was being difficult. He deserves a promotion! Manager material!!!!!

Even at off hours here, food was hot and not overcooked, of kept warm for a long time. Inside always clean!

I got in line shortly before midnight on a week night with several other cars. There may have only two guys working, but they got the food out as quickly as possible; fresh and hot!! Well done!!

I have frequented this location for more than five years. I've hardly ever had a negative experience. The staff are friendly and personable. The drive-thru offers speed and convenience. The friendly staff of the Barracks Road location deliver a unique experience. I'm on my way there now. I'm picking up a breakfast treat..... McCafe...

The service was fast quick and the food was always delicious within a minute of us doing our order and I did multiple orders three different orders we had our food by the time I got the third order done I had the first order's food

Although they were under staffed December 7th around 330pm drive thru wrapped around the building they work really well under pressure.

Billions sold. Fast, good, inexpensive
But not exactly healthy. Fries can be great, but they'll help fatten you up for sure plus clog your arteries.

The Bareqcks Rd location is the freshest location I've been alongside Ruckersville. The burger was cooked when I ordered it. The coffee drink was made right on. Good in a pinch before leaving town after shopping.

Was in Charlottesville in January for a concert and stopped at this location. Service was quick, my order was correct, and the staff was friendly from beginning to end. Will return if I'm in Charlottesville again
