I have to tell you, Shae is the most amazing human being ever. I told her we'd have a huge load coming in and she prepared for us. She is also always on tip of it and just the sweetest human being ever. I always recommend this place!

The man that was working there was super helpful and friendly as I hadn’t been to a laundromat in a long time. He helped me from start to finish and even made a suggestion about how to use all of the laundry card so I didn’t have a balance. Washer smelled clean and so did my comforter. As a bonus, there were good music videos, playing on the TV!

This is my second time in and the facility is always clean. Best part is Ryan's customer service. Kind, efficient and willing to help. Won't go anywhere else. Sincerely, The Hummer Family

This place is great with places for FR clothing to spreate. And drop off service. You can use a debit card here that you can load to the wash card. But when it's busy here is very busy and hard to maneuver around. But still would recommend

I have used both, their drop off laundry service and I have done my laundry myself on site. The attendants are always helpful and the facility is extremely clean. I prefer doing my laundry at Uptown Laundry rather than the laundry mat where I live because my clothes seem to come out much cleaner. The drop off service is not only convenient, the attendants are very accommodating. They always ask which clothes need to be hung and which clothes need to be folded. When I get everything home I can just put everything away.

This place is so clean, Liberty was so friendly and nice. Only wish it was a little bigger. But even when they are busy not much of a wait for a machine

This laundromat is spotless, and the staff has always been amazing. I do the drop off service, and my clothes always come back folded PERFECTLY, SO neat and tidy, it makes me so happy! Bringing my clothes in for wash and fold is a bit of a luxury for me, but I absolutely love this service and I end up bringing my clothes in about once a week. Shea has an incredible memory and always knows who I am. Everyone who has helped me has been cheerful and does such a great job. I have been so pleased. Thanks guys!

Wash and fold service is always timely. Drop off/pick up is always easy and friendly. They also found a relatively pricey pocket knife of mine and returned it immediately.I typically avoid reviews, in general, but they do a great job if you need a laundry service.

Waiting on my new set to come to our new home, I was reluctant in going to a laundromat. Wow! Was I pleasantly surprised! My daughter and I walked in and was greeted by an employee named Crystal. She was very informative, gave us information on what to do...made things go so smoothly. The facility was very clean and well managed. I am very, very impressed. Crystal was amazing, and because of her customer service, and the cleanliness of the store....I will be going back to do more laundry tomorrow that I was initially going to just wait until our unit arrived. I am super funny about my clothes, and had brought things that HAD to be washed now...tomorrow I am confident that my clothes will not be ruined or stolen. I am amazed!! Thank you Uptown Laundry!!!! ps. for those that are wondering, they do wash and fold service as well as self service.

I have used this laundry mat a few time since it opened and have always had amazing customer service. Recently my machine broke so I am a weekly customer for right now. It is always clean and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend coming here.

I used Uptown Laundry's dry cleaning service for my airline uniform overcoat. They did a nice job and had it ready in 2 days. I will definitely use their services again. Thank you Shay for being so helpful and so professional!

Fantastic business. Had my comforter picked up this morning at 9 for a cleaning and had it back by noon. Old stains are gone and it smells fresh. Fairly priced also. Thank you for your wonderful service, I will be back!
