My mother and I stayed here for 3 nights for Wicked West Comic Expo. Room service was nice, staff was very friendly, and the rates were very good (especially for a pet friendly hotel!)
Only thing I would caution is be aware the building allows noise to pass through it very easily, but it wasn't anything horrible.
Breakfast was tasty and their waffles are very good. Amenities in the room worked without issue and we (including my cat) enjoyed our stay.

The crew is the most customer friendly in town. Dean is awesome and Abby is very courteous and Samara is super nice.
Reid is very professional and Argelia makes the best breakfast. I will visit again!

I am not sure why there are bad reviews. This is one of my favorite hotels that is so clean with the BEST STAFF!! Especially the night guy!! Thank you for our stay AGAIN.

Located right off the freeway. Regular buffet breakfast with a fun mini waffle twist. Room was pretty clean and spacious as advertised. Had a hair ball hanging from our toilet paper, but otherwise clean. Close to shopping and eateries.

The only complaint is other guests letting their doors slam in the middle of the night. The front desk employees were very nice, very helpful. We left at 3 am and Dean was SO nice! He got us fresh coffee for our drive to Denver. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second year staying here for the Christmas holidays and it was really great again! The rooms are nice, the staff is wonderful! We will probably do it again next year!

Stayed there last week for 6 night stay! Second time staying in general (2 night stay last year), staff were awesome and the hotel itself/room quality did not disappoint! If I’m in the area again, this will be where I stay. I do recommend!

Wonderful hotel to stay at. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is incredible and just nice people. Breakfast was really good and room was quiet and clean. I stay here often and will continue to do so.

Very clean room, friendly front desk and staff in general, good breakfast, good location with the only issue being there is construction on the road. To get to the hotel parking lot you have to drive maybe 200 feet down a dirt road. Overall great value.

Wonderful hotel - great value! . Very clean, comfortable room, generous breakfast and free parking included. Rooms have refrigerator and coffee maker, super friendly staff. A little our of the way to get to but really a short drive into town and best a beautiful lake park.

Had a wonderful one night stay here last minute. Was able to get a top floor suite for a great price. Room was spacious and clean, and the shower was fantastic with the supplied shampoo etc. only downside was one of the AC units was broken but they helped by reducing my rate. Overall great hotel will definitely be back.

Our stay was wonderful! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I am OCD and the place was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and our Mountain View was breath taking. I recommend 100% staying here! The pool is a little small but it was never packed and we were still able to enjoy it the one night we had time to. We stayed four nights and never had to ask for extra towels. They brought them everyday and made the bed. The desk with the mirror and light is perfect for getting ready in the morning for hair and make up. Always a plus!! We will return next time we visit family again!

The guy that works overnight at this location is amazing! We had to get a room for the night before we moved into our new apartment in town. We were a little worried about leaving our U-Haul unattended in the parking lot overnight but the guy at the front desk did regular parking lot security checks to make sure everything was safe! Very nice man who also helped us get a lower rate by helping us sign up for the rewards. The rooms were very nice as well. The beds were comfy and clean. Our only critique would be the lack of a microwave in the room but that was hardly an issue!

Great location and extremely convenient when we were going to a concert and looking for a house in the same weekend.

Definitely the best for the price. Quiet even on a fully booked weekend night and no noise from the freeway.

Great service. Honestly can see why people love this hotel that might not be as traditionally "eye catching" which was not a priority (or anyone else's) for this short weekend trip. Served it's purpose and more!

Excellent customer service. They went the extra mile. Friendly. The young lady in her 20s was always on her phone but she was helpful when approached.

We had a good stay! The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool left some to be desired. The cleanliness of the pool was very good, but it is quite a small pool! But all in all I would recommend the hotel!

I stayed here for a work trip last week and I was very happy with my stay. The room as well as the rest of the hotel was very clean nice and spacious. Every employee that I encountered was really nice and friendly. The gentleman that works the overnight shift and sets up the breakfast was a hoot 💕

Very well run hotel! Staff is very great and cleanliness is excellent here at this facility, breakfast was great with lots of options, pool and hot tub were very nice and relaxing. Our room was very clean and beds are beyond comfortable! Will definitely stay again!
