Very friendly people....

Run out of a house in West Virginia according to Google street. Closed on the sale a month ago today still no money. Lost the deposit and is refusing to pay blaming it on FedEx.
It will be 90 days before I get my money.

Update money just hit our account 1 month and 5 days after the the 24 hrs it was supposed to take. I would not recommend this company if I needed a fast and clean close.

2 month Update. I still haven't recieved any of my closing documents. They have Not reached out to me at all. I'm having issues moving forward with a refinance on a vehicle and buying my next home with out the documents to show the house is sold.

I am a Certified Loan Signing Agent. I was approached to conduct an out-of-state sale transaction for Capital Funding Title Agency in October 2021. I completed the signings without errors and when the check came for my compensation it bounced. I have contacted the company several times. I would not be comfortable doing business with them for 6-digit+ transaction if they cannot clear a check for two digits.

Horrible experience with them. We closed on a house 3-1/2 years ago with them and are in the process now of selling it. We find out that they didn't bother to make sure they got the liens released in 30 days as promised so now our closing date is on hold and we have no idea when it will close and our trucks are being delivered across country with our belongings. Apparently this is a common practice for them. Do not recommend at all. Don't use them.

Update. To b fair, they did get the paperwork filed and we were able to close on our sale.

Closed 6 months ago no deed recorded yet horrible place and got lawyers now I'm done they won't even answer phone
