Ordered a part through them on monday and needed it by wednesday, payed for next day shipping and everything. I received a confirmation email but the shipping company actually were the ones that messed up and I did not receive the package on time. I contacted customer service and they made everything right. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

I bought a downgraded kit and needed the master kit... completely my fault but when I called in they itemized what I had and hooked me up with the rest of the items I needed. After helping me out and a 2 day ship time, they got my business for good.

Refreshed a 46RE transmission with parts from these guys. They then assisted with proper troubleshooting of a new but faulty transducer. I would have changed out the solenoids again without their knowledge and expertise.

I ordered a servo and governor for my 700r4. When they arrived, the dive gear on the governor was damaged. I sent them an email, with pictures, on Saturday. Monday morning they responded with an apology and sent out a replacement. Customer service the way it should be.
