Quickest car buying experience ever. Stopped in, they had what we wanted....drove it off the showroom floor in just under 2 hours
Now 1 year later, we've been to the service department 2 times, once for the first oil change and recently we had an issue with a vibration, a brake rotor was the problem. We were still within warranty. Both times, scheduling the appointments online was a breeze and you just drive right in. The oil change I waited at the dealership and it didn't take very long. Second time I had my wife follow and we went to lunch and stopped at the grocery. They called about 2 and half hours just as we were leaving the grocery. Everyone is pleasant, quick in and quick out.

We drove from Charleston WV to purchase from this dealership. Barb was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! she took care of everything for us and all we had to do was test drive and sign when we got there! Our sales person, Josh was great. No pressure and even when it was apparent I wasn't buying a car (at least not yet), he was still friendly and understanding! If they get the vehicle and price range I want, i will definitely buy from Herrnstein again (I've bought 2 vehicles from them previously).

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Staff is super professional, friendly atmosphere and all about Customer Service. I was finished with the purchase so quickly it didn't feel like a bought a car, no all day haggling or waiting forever for paperwork, etc. Just a very nice experience and well worth the 1.5hr drive! Got a great deal on a 2019 Veloster!!

Great guy that kept me informed of my special order. Clinton helped me oder a very limited edition Jeep Wrangler 392. Even though I was many states away thr process was as smooth and painless. From the interactions I’ve had, everyone has been great.

This is seriously the absolute best place to purchase a car from in the state of Ohio. And possibly even the surrounding states. Sam is always nice and very professional. Super easy to work with and very knowledgeable with their inventory. While browsing the lot, he made several, very spot on recommendations when it came to light that the vehicle, I had come to look at had been sold only just an hour before I arrived. He was very attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and his recommendations could not have been more accurate to my tastes. The G.M., Neal, always works hard to find the best deal possible for the vehicle you want. I actually ended up taking home a car I liked even more than the original one that I came to look at in the first place. All around, a super nice, respectful, and professional staff. They were terrific, respectful and so helpful in helping me get financing and picking out the perfect car and with great financing! Actually got more for the trade in than expected. We bought a beautiful used 2017 Hyundai Accent from here. The place is well maintained and the workers are really passionate and helpful :) Tyler was great and friendly. They even delivered our car to us, over an hour away! Definitely recommend.

Amazing experience buying our new 2023 Tuscon Hybrid from Herrnstein! Called them after seeing the car on their website Monday morning, and asked if there was any way they could work with me to put a deposit or start the purchase over the phone but then pick up later in the week - they immediately said I could buy over the phone and they could just deliver it to me (1 hour away) for no charge!

There were no unexpected add-ons or price adjustments, and everyone I spoke with (Sierra, Melanie, JR - sorry for misspellings) was incredibly nice and helpful.

JR was the best salesperson, and he and another awesome Herrnstein employee drove ~1 hr to where I was working so I could sign papers, and then another ~45 minutes to drop the car off with my wife at home (before their ~1 hr return trip)! I honestly can't believe the great level of service. Melanie with the finance team was fantastic - explained everything clearly, and was never pushy. JR called me the day after the purchase just to make sure I knew he is available if I have any questions about the car. This dealership has a wonderful culture of helpfulness and customer service.

This was my family's first new car purchase, and I cannot recommend Herrnstein Hyundai enough. I'll definitely be looking here first whenever we need another vehicle.

2023 Santa Fe Hybrid Limited

Drove three and a half hours each way to purchase from Herrnstein. Local scumbag dealerships in SE Michigan seem to think $3000 to $5,000 "market adjustments" are the new way of life, especially on hybrids... So I had to go 230 miles to not perpetuate that silliness. Not only did they have what I was looking for in the exact same color and trim that I wanted, it was $2,000 UNDER MSRP!!!

I absolutely do not regret my decision. The buying experience was pleasant and 90% done online. Dealership was clean and modern, sales people did not waste my time.

I left a flashlight and knife in my trade-in, and of course, didn't realize it till I had gotten home. I let the dealership know and they were kind enough to mail me my items back!

Wife loves her Santa Fe and would totally make the drive again to do business with a dealer who isn't a greedy scumbag like the ones by me!

I’m so glad I purchased my vehicle from JR Ackley at Herrnstein Hyundai. I had been searching for months for the exact make, model, style, and color, and JR called me the day that one came on the lot. I drove over that night to see it, and he stayed after hours to discuss the vehicle with me. I then came back the next day to purchase it. He has great communication, and is looking to get you in the car YOU want. Everybody at Herrnstein was extremely friendly and welcoming. I wish I lived closer to the dealership, because I would love to go there for service appointments too. I own a Hyundai and am satisfied with oil changes every time I come here! They have fixed a couple minor things on my car (air filters, etc.) too!
