Did you know they will happily read your 'Check Engine' light for you?! I didn't and they just saved my butt because I'm 200 miles from home on a Sunday no less! The guys were crazy nice first over the phone and then in person. I'm a fan!

Very helpful even in freezing cold weather! Tried hard to help fix our issue.

Got a flat tire and couldn't get the tire off the car. Two staff members came out and even on the ground to use a mallet to get the tire loose. Thanks so much for your help!! Five Star Service, hands down

These were THE most helpful staff I've ever met at ANY auto parts store. We were driving across country & really needed the 12 volt lighter to charge our phones but it wasn't working. Leon helped me find the info from VW to determine which fuse was in which slot & explained how to do it, pull it out & replace it for $4.25. He gave us the help & attention we needed. Two ladies driving across country really needed charged phones! He was awesome!

Very friendly young man helped my elderly Mother. He was patient, kind and he didn't push for things she didn't need. He talked with her while helping. It was quite refreshing!!

I am very appreciative for the help that I received from Vick, and his colleagues, at this O'Reilly's location. I was only passing through Lincoln when both of my headlights went out. Just from Google search, I assumed it was a burnt out fuse. Vick was kind enough to check the fuse for me, which ended up not being the culprit for my headlights going out. He looked at my headlights bulbs and it turns out they were both bad. Vick went above and beyond replacing both of my headlights for me in something like 12 degree weather. One of his colleagues also helped when one of the headlights was particularly stubborn. Thank you so much for the excellent service and making sure I was back on the road safe for the rest of my trip!!

Had a great time getting my battery checked by Donnie and converting with Gavin and Tim. These guys not only know what they're doing. They're also a blast to hang out with.

I recently stopped through as I was driving from Iowa to Colorado and my check engine light came on. I wish I had gotten the employee's name who helped me because he was SO nice and explained what the code might mean and when I said I had anxiety about driving with it on he reassured me and gave me really great advice on how to cope with said anxiety. It was a small gesture but it really meant a lot.

Found the fuel pump I needed for cheap. Paid half the price that everyone else was asking... Exceptional service and they were willing to answer any and all of my questions. 👍

Very nice people and they help you out especially on car parts they tell you the prices they are different prices on some of them there was one time I didn't know for sure on my car what it was and they came out and look at it and told me what it was so I can get now that is some good employees who does that kind of stuff four people and they are helpful and courteous

Looking for the best auto parts here is where you go. The guys know there vehicles so you won't struggle to find the right part. This is the only auto parts store I go to .

Went to use their tester for my car. Told me what's wrong and explained what that meant. Understood when I told them I wanted to double check done things before purchasing anything.

Good service , counter guy went out of his way to help me right before closing.
