Harbor Freight Tools

Went for some impact sockets. Socket area was completely empty, after alleged very busy weekend. The staff went out of their way to look in the back, see when things will be restocked, etc. They were very helpful in trying to find what I needed. They were out so I started towards the car. Just as I walked out the door, an employee came flying out of the backroom with exactly what I needed in her hand. It was awesome. Thank you Harbor Frieght!

A young man by the name Justus assisted me in finding exactly what I needed. One of the nicest employees I've met in a very long time, very knowledgeable . The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I wish they could clone this store and they're amazing employees and move it next door to my house in Florida. Nebraska locals are very lucky to have these guys.

About 1-1/2hr drive for me. But I often plan a stop because they seem to have stock availability, even though a smaller store interior. Check online or ask staff because they might not physically have everything out on shelf.

I don’t need to go shopping for tools too often. But when I do, I would normally go to Lowe’s. However this time I didn’t know what I was looking for. So I went here. I was unsure of what type of bits I needed for a specialized battery. And the general manager without skipping a beat was cutting open products and trying various bits. I did eventually find what I was looking for and ended up buying everything she opened, but she was willing to open products without the expectation of me buying them. If that’s not going above and beyond in this world, I don’t know what is.

I love this tool store. Almost you can find whatever you need, the staff nice and friendly and good prices 👌🏻 very recommended and always they have deals going on and coupons for free stuff 😀 good space of parking lot and nice location.

I was visiting my old stomping grounds when I found this harbor freight. Found the socket set that I have been waiting for my local hb to get and they seem to never have. Store was clean, employees seemed happy and was in and out fairly quickly.

Want to thank Harbor Freight Lincoln for some great customer service. My kid ordered a tool chest since he started trade school. The order was delayed and he had to get one somewhere else. Harbor Freight Lincoln fully refunded his money no questions asked. We appreciate you and will continue to shop at Harbor Freight Lincoln.

Had to get tools for an engine rebuild project and Angela did an amazing job leading me to the parts I needed while giving plentiful information on the products!! Not only that but I got through the checkout line in no time, definitely a worthwhile stop for my project and will be stopping through again soon!! Good tool store with fair prices

I love harbor freight. Service at this location had a female employee that never knows what we are looking for, but store & other employees are great. Plus, well stocked so still giving it a 5 stars!

Not to shabby ! Has everything I needed at a affordable price .yes alot of it everyone says it's cheap junk and only have had one problem with some pliers that just crumbled on the nut .besides that the deals the have are to hard to pass up .especially when working on a project that you need something for one time .

Good place to save some money, some of their tools are garbage one time use. Some of their tools/equipment is top notch stuff. I would suggest doing some research on stuff you are looking for on YouTube etc. It's a good store though staff is mediocre sometimes good sometimes bad. I have been going there for a few years and found some very good deals on their parking lot sales. Always go to their website coupons and get their 20% of coupon, it's always active in their ads.

I needed a tarp for my porch roof in a big hurry because we were expecting snow the next day. I was able to run in find exactly what I needed due to a very helpful cashier that greeted me as soon as I got in the door. It was very reasonably priced and I got the batteries also needed for free thanks to a sale they had going on. I was in and out quickly. Definitely planning on doing more shopping here.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good prices and for the size of the store, good selection. My old man was right, good place to get some tools you don't plan on passing down the the grandkids.

NATHAN AT THE LINCOLN LOCATION IS AMAZING HE'S REALLY HELPFUL AND HELPED ME OUT A LOT TODAY by helping me out with a adapter for my shampoo machine I had two of the pieces but I needed a male to male connector piece and he opened up a box to check it out and got me a some thread tape then put it all together for me I was like 😱 wow and I THANKED HIM EVEN THOUGH IT WAS BUSY HE STILL HELPED ME OUT A AMAZING PERSON AND SUPERVISOR THERE

In and out with what I needed in less then five minutes. Front row parking and always ready to help. Saved a lot of cash on large Union safe. Not name brand but who cares when u save huge. Works just the same
