Madison Inn & Suites

So I am a regular and i am currently here. My room was clean at check not just that but I've been Hella sick the last few days. Ms. Shannon made sure I food to eat , ginger ale and gatorade to drink. The front of the house and the housekeepers have be awesome.. I haven't seen a bug not once since I have stayed ( none of my visit).

We stayed here for almost three weeks waiting for our appointment go be ready & the staff was awesome & always so friendly. Clean rooms & located near shopping & all types of dining... I highly recommend this place❣

The rooms are ok especially for the price, the staff will bend over backwards for you. You can see they are actively working on turning the place around workers painting and fixing things. I would come back.

Lovely chill spot. Great for drifters, vagabonds and family's and couples of ALL ages. 10 out of 10 bruv. WOULD recommend to a friend. 🤘😁🤘😁🤘😁🤘😁🤘

Stayed in town visiting family. Very nice room. Didn’t need much. Staff was friendly. Mason at the front desk made sure to get our family everything we needed. Will return!

We chose this hotel because of the reasonable room rate and proximity to The Cog Railway at Mt Washington and we are glad we stayed. Our room at the top of the stairs was in the corner so we didn’t have people walking past our door. We were able to sit on the chairs outside our room overlooking the inviting pool. We didn’t go in but every night they had a pleasant looking bonfire there. Our room was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Suite was fantastic, comfortable bed, awesome jacuzzi! And the staff is wonderfully nice 10 out of 10.

This hotel is exceptional. Very friendly staff, very attentive, clean rooms, welcoming atmosphere, and great location!!! My sis and I love staying here. We feel well taken care of and couldn't ask for a better spot and staff. We love Madison Inn and Suites!!

Staff is excellent, and very friendly. Everything I needed was taken care of when I asked about it. The rooms are nice, the place is quiet and peaceful. Ask for mason at the front desk. He will take care of everything you need.

this is the best hotel, value for money, clean folders, swimming pool, picnic area. these pleasant little things make your time spent with us just relaxing

We love this place!!! Lucas and Nina are amazing! They go out of their way to help you with anything! Lucas has 2 brothers who also work here and they are just great ! Real down to earth people. I never knew hotel staff could be so great! They treat you like a human beings not trash like most hotels. Our room was comfortable. It was clean. The bed was cozy and the air will freeze you out it's so cold! Best part is its affordable for those on a budget! We have no complaints here! Will choose this place over any other from here on out!

I really enjoy this place of stay. All the staff are friendly and willing to help with anything upon request. I feel safe here and always enjoy my stay.

The staff is amazing. The place is being remodeled so please cut them some slack. They gave us a discount and really took great care of us. The room was nice. The only thing missing was a bed comfort, no big deal. Once again Amazing staff.

Nesha the front desk clerk was AWESOME. So helpful and compassionate. She treats you like family.Such an enjoyable stay!! Everything was clean and fresh. I will stay again! I definitely enjoyed my stay as well as my family! She was awesome will my kids! 5 star service!!

The staff here is amazing!!! They are renovating the rooms and they are awesome!!! The new beds make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud while being engulfed with premium quality and care.

Management was very nice.. Room was clean. Always hot water. Plenty of towels and tissue paper. Lights, mini fridge, microwave, and lights all work.

The lady nina at the front desk would be one of the main reasons I came back! She is amazing! And super sweet. Great customer service! And since they have takin it over from the country hearth, it has improved drastically! And the head house keeper ravin is super sweet and gives excellent room service! She would be the second reason I came back! And very reasonable prices!

Staff is very accommodating and helpful! You can tell, there's a lot of blood and sweat that has gone into updating this hotel! Will totally recommend to my friends and family.
