Four Points by Sheraton Huntsville Airport

A bit confusing to find the parking lot but easy enough to find the entrance and get inside. I found the staff accommodating, attentive, and willing to help where they could. The hotel is a little on the older side in terms of decor but one of the cleaner hotels I have been in recently and had some key updates like USB outlets. You'd think being at the airport it'd be loud, but the room was absolutely silent. The bathroom was a bit tight but clean and well stocked. Just be aware that the parking lot is a bit of a walk away, the hotel elevators require the use of your key card, and the room doors are heavy. I would be cautious if you are disabled though. There is no ground floor, the elevators small, the rooms and bathrooms were tight making it not readily accessible for wheelchairs and kinda tight for crutches. If this doesn't apply to your disability though I would still double check with the staff about your requirements.

Clean and comfortable room. Quieter than I expected. Great for an early morning flight. The hotel connects directly to the airport. Makes things very convenient.

I stayed at this location Thursday -Saturday. For an airport, it was quite calm, quiet, and very easy to navigate to. The room was very clean and spacious for the most part. Bathroom was very tight and could be a tad bit bigger. But it served it's purpose. The staff I did encounter was very pleasant and attentive. Parking was plentiful, but you just had to park across the breezeway in the parking garage. Not to bad of a walk but that's expected when you book a room at the airport. Overall I will definitely stay here again

This hotel really felt like a home away from home. It all started with the warmest of welcomes from the front desk manager Brianna. I had gone through a crazy 24 hours of cancelled flights and delays and finally made it to my destination in Huntsville. She empathized with my situation and accomadated early check in and really made me feel at home. This great customer service was replicated by every other front desk person I interacted with as well as the servers and bartender at the restaurant and the housekeeping staff. I was thrilled as I have not experienced this level of customer service and hospitality in some time. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The black out curtains worked great and I couldn't belive how quiet and peaceful it was for being at the Airport. I had a better night sleep then I had had in some time and slept so late I had to request a late check out which was graciouly granted once again by Brianna at the front desk. My only complaint is that I had to eventually leave. Great hotel, great value, would happily return.

What a perfectly ran Hotel! First, the location couldn't be any better being attached to the airport near baggage claim/checkin. Second, the staff was more than generous no matter who you ran into. I arrived a bit early and they provided me my room at no extra charge saving me from having to tote around with my bags for a few hours and providing me the chance to get myself comfortable and continue with some work that needed to be done. Third, they held my bags for me on my last day. I had to be somewhere all day and my plane wasn't leaving until 7pm. When i checked out they held my bags for me til i returned back to the airport for my flight. I cant say enough how great the customer service was and the ease of accommodation they made to reduce any pre-stressors i had before arriving. Thank you to ALL of the wonderful staff.

It's super convenient to have the hotel physically located at the airport just outside of security.

We will stay again! I was concerned about airport noise due to the location, but this was not the case. Our room was nearly soundproof, we did not hear airplanes nor the thunderstorm that triggered a tornado warning. Room was clean and modern decor, a bit small for 4 people but quite comfortable. Staff very helpful and big bonus points they honored my booking request for a feather free room. (Most hotel staff miss that detail on my booking request) The only downside of the location is that there is a good distanced walk to the parking lot and not extremely easy to find the hotel and their free parking lot initially on the airport property.

Fantastic location, wonderful people and service. Sometimes airport hotels are hit or miss. You don't trade quality for convenience here though. Great staff, nice suites, and the location is amazing.

Our wonderful experience started with Janet at the front desk. She showed exemplary customer service in helping us choose a room . That room turned out to be awesome. They have streaming Showtime, YouTube and Netflix. There could be more but we didn't go past that. We enjoyed people watching in the airport. The Grille was nice and prices were better than expected. The only thing that I can say is there is a little bit of a walk from hotel parking in to the hotel which is on the second floor of the airport. BUT... we will return again.

Ok, so yes, I discovered this WONDERFUL place to stay, while traveling for business with my new career move.
However, I LIKE this place SO much so, that when I want to get away from my house situation or a break from life's pace...I find myself here, at the Four Points/Airport location in Huntsville. I'll get a room for a couple of days, absorb the atmosphere, welcome the change of immediate environment and enjoy the peace and QUIET. (Omg, for the Airport...you cannot even tell you are near an airport unless you look out the window to see it.) It's fantastically quite and definitely not busy...occupied, but not busy. I💜 this Hotel!

Lost my prescription sunglasses at HSV. Called the sheriton as a last resort to find them. They file and index all lost items and keep a data base w date found. I was impressed and the had my glasses. Super service!!! I had also called the Hampton inn I stayed at in Ft Lauderdale to see if they found them. Took 3 calls to get someone and she didn’t care if I ever got them back. Sheriton gave excellent customer service!!!

Was a very nice room with great walkable shops and restaurants nearby.

It is very convenient to have a hotel in the airport when I get a flight land here unexpectedly. The staff was friendly and calm even with the upset patrons. They did a great job!!

Attended a meeting in one of the conference rooms. Service was very good, comfortable chairs and atmosphere. I can't rate the rooms and location is subjective.... good for travelers but a bit out of the way for residents.

Came here to visit the Botanical Gardens in Huntsville. Got a great deal on a 2 night stay so I opted to stay at this airport hotel even though I wasn't flying anywhere. I am glad that I did! Very classy and the rooms are immaculate. I never thought about til now, but a hotel that's located in an airport has to be the safest hotel in a city because of the tight security that most airports have. No weirdos walking around here! The rooms are sound proof and you can't even hear planes. This actually was the quietest room I've ever slept in. I'm am a former US Army musician and I spent almost 6 years of my career in and out of planes and hotels. This hotel ranks as one of the best! I will be back!
