Great service and fast. Had a problem with my Key breaking into pieces at work had to have a key on the fly. Gave them a call and headed over 10 minutes after arriving they had me fixed up and driving away with a smile. Customer service was great!! Staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They immediately got to work on cutting a key, programmed it and fixed my sticking tailgate key lock port. Services were half the price of everyone else in the Huntsville metro area and unlike everyone else there was no appointment necessary. Extremely pleased and will definitely be going back, Thank you!!!

Madison Locksmith & Safe responded to our call and communicated with us through the dispatching process. Even during a winter storm and icy roads first thing in the morning, our locksmith arrived timely and was courteous and extremely professional in getting us into our residence within minutes!

Awesome service, Guy was out to help me in under half an hour and got my lock rekeyed in about 5 minutes. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you need a locksmith.

I come here when I need extra keys, AND when I provide my own blanks, since so few businesses stock motorcycle keys. Their service is usually immediate, their prices for key cutting are lower than they should be, and they are friendly and quick to laugh. The last time I went, the man even offered to test the two keys in my motorcycle to make sure they worked!

On my birthday of all days I accidentally left my key on my passenger seat. I called multiple places and was told either they don't service my area or it was going to start out at $60+ and wasn't going to happen anytime soon. My coworker and I found this place, called, and within 15 minutes, I had someone actually at my work place unlocking my car. Didn't take more than 5 minutes and I had my key back in my hands. Thank you SO much, I appreciate it greatly. You guys saved my day!

A friend of mine had a door with a broken latch which prevented her from using her front door. They had the latch repaired in about 20 minutes, good as new, and they were also friendly and courteous.
