I've used Heritage florist for years now sending bouquets to my mom for special occasions, like birthdays and mother's day. They are always beautiful and bigger than I expect them to be based on the price I pay. My mom is impressed with their flower selection every time. Their staff is friendly and they have been able to do quick turnaround times when I've forgotten until the last minute. I'm super impressed with their service and their beautiful

I am very pleased with the service I received at Heritage Florist and Gifts. I needed an arrangement for my mom’s funeral and all I told Cindy was I needed something pink for my mom’s urn. She did a wonderful job on the arrangement and they were ready for me to pick up at our agreed upon time. I will definitely come back for any future floral needs that I may have.

My sweet sister’s dog died of heart failure today. The woman I spoke with on the phone was so, so kind and sympathetic. I asked her for something cheery. She definitely delivered. This gorgeous bouquet was dispatched just a couple of hours after I called. My sister said she especially loves the pinks and purples, that it’s something beautiful to look at during a sad time. You guys are wonderful.

The dozen roses and greenery was absolutely the most beautifully arranged bouquet I’ve ever received! The quality was superb, even being ordered from out of state. This is a florist who takes pride in their work and customer service!

Great gift shop! Great designers. Flowers are always fresh. They have alot of jewelry womens clothes home decor . Alabama and Auburn room Baby room house plants lg and sm multiple sm plants in baskets and ceramic dishes. Really nice memorial items from laterns to plaques and musical boxes and so mich more. They carry alot of Specialty lines😀💝💝🎈🎈

Ordered Flowers for a surprise Birthday Dinner. Everybody loved the flowers in the restaurant. My Wife is still talking about them the next day. The Owner was so nice. I was having trouble outside trying to untangle some balloons. She came outside and helped me. I love this place. I will only get my flowers from here. 10 star review. Thank you for everything!

So so happy with the service I received here! I had only a vague idea of what I wanted for a memorial that was only two days away. They were kind and immensely helpful and the arrangement was beautiful. I will definitely use heritage again.

Oh wow!!!! Amazing, quick, no hassle customer service! I ordered flowers for my stepdaughter's birthday the evening before. I had no idea what to order. I just gave a budget and said "beautiful, feminine, and young". They were very confident and said they knew exactly what to do. They totally delivered (no pun intended). I will never use another florist in the area again. This is my permanent go-to florist.

When my husband buys me flowers, he always buys from Heritage. They are always beautiful and fresh! When our children were in high school, we always bought boutonnieres and corsages from Heritage. They have never disappointed.

We used Heritage Florist when my mother passed away in July and were given stunning arrangements. When our step father passed away earlier this month we again used Heritage Florist for arrangements at his military funeral. I requested red, white and blue flowers, but I didn't want a standard round arrangement, instead, something "different" AND I had the further requests of no roses and minimal carnations. Heritage Florist came though with two asymmetrical arrangements that were absolutely beautiful. I already knew they would do good work, and, boy, did they deliver. Thank you so much!

I have used Heritage Florist & Gifts several times to order flowers from out of state for my mother who resides nearby. The staff is always so pleasant to work with and they are very helpful and accommodating. The arrangements are always beautiful, delivered when they promise, and last a good while. I called from out of state to order birthday flowers. I didn't have the budget to spend a lot, just gave a general dollar amount, and Heritage Florist delivered a gorgeous, full, & colorful bouquet. excellent service and beautiful work. They fixed what another florist screwed up. super nice and very accommodating had them delivered within 2 hours. flowers were very reasonable priced and again the service was way over the top. thanks again

I use Heritage 3-4 times a year to have flowers delivered to my wife at work. They are AWESOME and always do a great job. I always call last minute and bail me out EVERY TIME. I get photos of my arrangements before they are delivered. Great Florist... Wish you had a website though..
