Phaze 3 Fitness - Madison

Absolutely love Phaze 3!!!! They tend to get a bad wrap for being too crowded. Yea, it is a busy place. But there is so much to do and so many options. The best thing I did was pay for the private trainer for a handful of session. This was an absolutely phenomenal experience (shout out to Dre!!!!). I am in my mid forties and have worked out for years. Dre equipped me with the skills and confidence to execute the same exercises in many different ways. This 100% eliminated my frustration with certain machines always being covered up with people. This has also made my gym time more fun as I am always changing things up instead of the same thing everyday.

My wife and I have been going here for about a month now and absolutely love it here. Plenty of classes that are included in your membership, a lot of different machines and a great, non-judgmental feeling as soon as you walk in. They have very knowledgeable staff that all ready to answer any question you might have. The child care is what really sold us on this gym. We have three children from 1 year old to 7 years old and their child care area is very fun for all ages with caring staff there at all times.

Great facility to work out. Equipment is in great condition. Staff is top notch. Awesome place.

I've been a member and taught at dozens of fitness centers around the country and Phaze 3 is one of the best! Such a great value for the services offered, clean, doesn't smell like sweat, and even when it's busy I can always find equipment to use or a great class to take!

Love this gym! It is pretty crowded but I mostly go for the classes. Krystal’s barre class on Tuesday is my favorite! I wish she taught more. I also love the hot yoga with Eva and the spin classes.

Phaze 3 is a great gym. The staff is nice, and they do a great job managing a very busy gym. I having been working out here for 3 years, and would recommend it to anyone in the Madison area.

My only gripe with them is the hours. I wish that they were open later on Saturday/Sundays.

I love this place.
I have enrolled for personal training sessions as well.
Monthly membership fee is around 25 dollars.
I extremely enjoy the hot yoga sessions every week, and the hot sauna.
I frequently use the swimming pool.
Great place. They have a variety of group sessions which are all included in the monthly membership.
Definitely would recommend this place.
I was hoping to find a good place to workout after I moved to Alabama. This place makes me want to go to the gym everyday.

Recently started bringing our daughter to kids care and Cara always greets us with a smile. Always feel my daughter is in great hands when she is working! Thank you Cara!

Great gym, lots of amenities for a cheap price and have a good class rotation. I also get hydromassage every now and then and that is a nice perk

Gym is awesome!! Moved here in July and was super bummed there were no good gyms in the Madison area. Waited months for this place to open and so glad I did instead of signing up elsewhere. Gym is as nice as high end gyms I’ve been with in Los Angeles and DC...and only fraction of the price!

One of the Best gym I have seen. Gets crowded in evenings. But as a morning person, I absolutely loved it.

It's a really fun place to work out. Employees seem happy and helpful. Everything is nice and clean and works. And if something is broken, they are on top of it. I joined in January of 2020 then the pandemic hit. I didn't really get to enjoy the gym as much and cancelled my membership. I recently rejoined and they honored my previous rate and gave me month to month. I was really surprised and happy about that. I went in ready to pay more and sign a year contract. If you're on the fence about joining, just do it if you can afford it. Investing in your health is a good thing to do. And you won't be disappointed in this place.

Great abundance of equipment and clean. Classes do get full early morning, so arrive early. Crowds suck at peak times around 5 pm.

Why does the sanitation spray smell like a dogs bath water??? It’s pretty unusual. Other than that, this gym is 🔥 LIT!

It's busy, but worth it. Great people to work out with. Friendly and helpful staff. Unbeatable amenities.

There's just too much to tell about. All the different equipment, free weights, classes, classrooms, the saunas in the locker rooms, the pool, the list goes on and on.

Staffed by friendly, super knowledgeable people. They are eager to help you on your journey to being stronger, leaner, and more fit! They even have personal trainers!

Go get yourself a membership, get your sweat on and lift heavy things! And do it at Phaze3!

We recently signed up for membership after visiting a couple of times as guests. The facility offers something for everyone and the facility is large enough so that you don't feel cramped or rushed while exercising. The work out areas are well thought out with numerous stations available. We love the variety of classes offered and the on-site yoga studio which for us is a must. The staff are very accommodating and customer focused. The contract terms are reasonable and signing up is quick and easy. After a one year commitment of very competitive and reasonable rates you will transition to a no contract status at the same monthly rate. The contract terms and early termination fees are very fair. The facility is clean, well lit and inviting.

Great place. Very clean gym and thats a bonus to my family. I dont thonk i have ever seen a spider web in the two plus years of attending. Only suggestion would be is for staff to insure the spray in the bottles is balanced correctly. I use ordobond which i think is in the bottle but the mix is a little stronger than needed especially since members spray machines down, spray towels to clean machines. Sometimes i am on a machine for a hour and three members may clean machines twice. Thank you to owners and staff for making this a great place. Kids club is just the best....

Great gym with wonderful extras and benefits. Sometimes very crowded, but plenty of equipment to go around!
