My experience at Bradford Madison was brilliant I feel very safe after my father's death I showed up 8 Days later and I was made to feel very safe and secure as this was the most horrible thing in my life, I strongly recommend to anyone that needs to detox and get a hold of themselves to make decisions to go to their next place. I had a wonderful experience with Bradford Health in Madison. I've attempted rehab several times through the VA and haven't ever received the level of care as I did here. Their knowledge of addiction is excellent. In addition, their willingness and motivation to teach patients about the disease is unmistakable. The majority of Counselor Assistants here are in recovery themselves and put a genuine effort into helping patients based on that experience daily. I'm unable to speak highly enough about this place and owe my current sobriety to the amazing people here.

Bradford saved my life! The staff is completely supportive and they focus on teaching new, healthy coping skills to deal with the underlying causes of addiction. Bradford addresses and treats the whole person physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. They also offer IOP, continuing care, and alumni zoom meetings once inpatient is complete. Choosing Bradford is the best decision I've ever made!

I am very grateful for Bradford Health Services. The staff is very professional and care so much for people who desire a life of sobriety. I never had a community of people that focused so hard on helping people in need. Thank you for all your help and hard work to make sobriety happen.

I am a veteran of the United States Army. The food at Bradford is above average. The staff at this facility is great. The Alumni Coordinator Kileigh Carson at this facility does an amazing job and goes far and beyond what her job title entails. The Veteran Coordinator Celeste Kodra at this facility will help any Veteran with any needs. She does a wonderful job and will help you outside the rehab also.

The staff here is caring and compassionate as well as highly experienced. The team at Bradford’s Madison facility is truly committed to helping patients find recovery and to creating an environment for employees that is supportive and enjoyable.

The staff and medical team are extremely caring and understanding. They make sure you're comfortable and help you with whatever you may need. I came back to this one for a reason. They have compassion and empathy beyond understanding.

Ive been to the Madison location several times and the staff, counselors, nurses, the doctor and the cafeteria staff has been great. The Madison location provides you with everything you need to beat your addiction. If you put in the effort they can help you

I had a grerat time at the Madison Campus. This place served me well, food wise, as well as spiritually. I would definately recommend this campus for someone starting their road against alcoholism or addiction. The faculty actually cares and the meetings for Alumni after are phenomenonal. These meetings are why my rating is so high.

My fiance is currently staying here. He tells me it has been an amazing experience. I am so happy that he has had this opportunity and is getting the care that he needs in his recovery. He has told me that the staff truly care and have taken wonderful care of him. It makes me so happy to hear that. We are so grateful for this facility. Thank you Bradford!

I personally went to Bradford in Madison and can honestly say it saved my life. I just celebrated 1 year clean.

I just spent 18 days here. The experience was great! Better than I expected! I dreaded going but once I was there a few days I loved it! I had to leave 3 days early because I caught a mild case of COVID. And was sad I had to go before my 21 days was up! The only bad thing about it is they don't take Alabama medicaid because medicaid will not contract with them. Otherwise I would recommend anyone who needs help to try bradford! I made some great sober friends along the way!

This place showed me how to get my life back and the alumni zoom meetings are a great way to keep telling that story. Big shout out to the staff love yall

Just spent the last 2 weeks here. Was here through the state (no insurance) I had a 10 day bed, but was gratefully granted a 3 day extension! I was nervous before coming in because of other reviews of this place.. but Bradford of Madison was extremely CLEAN, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, and all staff was more than willing to go the extra mile EVERY TIME! The medical staff was very knowledgeable and got me on meds I never knew I needed! I cant thank Shaquesha enough for helping me mend my relationship with family, as well as helping my family understand my addiction and what I’m going through! They set up all kinds of after care, and 2 weeks of meds to keep the ball rolling so I dont have to stress about 100 different things as soon as I left treatment! The food was amazing, the groups were great and always on point, all clients were like minded and always positive! Sorry for the long review, I could write a book on all the many reasons you should give this place a try! Thank you Bradford! Yall have been a God send and I’m blessed to have been able to be apart of the program! I learned more about myself and my opioid addiction in the short 2 weeks, than any other program I’ve been to. Thank you
