Great service. The employees are patient with my questions and remember my preference to simply be referred to by my first name rather than more formal address. They work well to find the best deals for those who don't have scrip coverage. Reliable and conscientious, one of the few pharmacies where I can set aside my mild phobia of taking capsules.

When I say this pharmacy is amazing, I mean it! I work for a company that leaves me to contact the pharmacy a million times and unfortunately, I take away tons of time of the pharmacist. Cody is never rude, he has a sense of humor and he always goes above and beyond. He calls me back directly when There’s question and doesn’t just leave me in limbo. He is very head strong while getting everyone needs in order for all of my patients. Thank you Cody for protecting my patients ❤

Moved Rx here and don’t regret it. They’ve been prompt and the times there was an issue they fixed it quick.

Disappointed in the communication from this pharmacy. Called for refill one week before needed medication. I was informed I had to have a prior authorization before it could be filled. I contacted my physician, PA completed that day. Call back and now the medication is on back order but will be in by Saturday.Go to get script on Sunday and was told sorry it is not here and do not know when it will be here. No one called or texted! Call today 11/8 and I am told diabetes medication is in but you will have to pick up late this afternoon because we have alot of acute medications to fill first. I am sorry? I have been waiting on a diabetes medication for 6 days, no dosages at all for this 6 days and I cannot be a priority? VERY DISSAPPOINTED and I will NEVER comeback and will advise all my patients as well.

I use to LOVE Publix. I moved all prescriptions(around 10+) due to it being closer to home & sooo nice. I even ask if they would fill a prescription from a dr.out of town. Sure, no problem. 6 months + go by & they changed pharmacist. Refuse to fill prescription from out of town. Well I stay at pharmacy because I do love Publix & they have great customer service. I have now been there over a year, ever since they opened. They have changed pharmacy employees again. I call to get my Trelegy (COPD Medicine) filled. Meredith answers. I give her all my info. She said "your prescription expired you will need to call & tell doctor" ok i will Monday, they are closed. She said " We are not going to fill your prescription without an updated prescription on file". I told her I didn't ask her to. I then went to say I need my other, she litterIy hung up, slammed phone down.. i call right back & she answers, i said we got disconnected. she snickers., oh yea, I'm not sure.. I told her i have other meds to fill. I come to pick up four of my meds. I stood over 5-10 minutes. They never saw me. An employee was cleaning the plexiglass & ask how are you today mam loudly so they could hear. A young short hair female walks to counter & says "yea, what's up, what do you want?" The other employee stares at other employee then looks back at me. I tell her I just need to pick meds up, & I give her my name, address, she says sign, then checks me out. She never says anything afterwards. I've NEVER been treated so poorly as I have the last few times. I can give exact days so they can hopefully hear phone conversation if recorded. Decatur Point Mallard. They have been great.

If you need an urgent prescription filled for one of your children who are hurting and show up 11min before the pharmacy closes they will turn you away ‘because it takes 15min to fill a prescription and we close in 11min’

Absolutely abysmal.

They don't care about people, they need to change professions.
