The manager Tiffany and her entire team including Alexis, Jordan, Mesha, Javeon, everyone at the front desk, housekeeping & maintenance are all absolutely lovely, helpful, and they care about their guests. Excellent!

This place has really good customer service. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

Great staff great. Only thing lots of strong weed smells in hall close to room. Allergic yes but didn't hafta use epi pen 72yo. Felt like leaving but couldn't afford to forfeit money spent on 14 days

After reading the reviews online, my husband and I canceled our original reservations for this hotel. Once we got into town we decided to stop by and check out the rooms. So glad that we did! The lady at the front desk was very nice and extremely helpful. She showed us a room that was nice and clean. There were no nasty odors at all like I read in the reviews. It's nothing fancy but it's clean. They don't have coffee pots in the rooms or a free breakfast, but with the savings on the rooms compared to other places, you can afford to buy a coffee pot and breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff is just great, Jasmine and Tiff are and where very helpful with things I needed to know and do, Jasmine really knows the area and helped out a lot. I will definitely be back cause the customer service is everything

My husband and I have been here for a couple of months. The staff is friendly and keep the hotel clean. If ever we needed something, Ricky the maintenance man was always right there to fix it with a smile and a friendly conversation. They are also pet friendly. No frills or thrills but if needing a budget friendly, clean and safe hotel, I recommend Woodsprings 5 stars! Ask for Tiffany or Niesha

This is the first time that I have stayed in this particular location. I enjoy the modern feel, friendly staff, and convenient location of this hotel property. For any business travelers, this place is a nice getaway and cozy place to rest your head after a work day. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Book with confidence.

Everyone here is so nice! The hotel is always clean and smells good. Their washers and dryers actually work. Which is important if you are staying here for awhile.
There is a large grassy area for dogs and they supply waste bags.
I would recommend Woodspring Suites to any travelers looking for an extended stay.

This is an excellent choice for temporary housing. Reasonable rates and specials for long-term stays. Lots of guests who are working construction and such - everyone has been friendly and pretty much keeps to themselves. Rooms are definitely aimed for convenience, not necessarily comfort. Small beds, and even smaller pull out couch. TV, desk, basic kitchenette. You'll want to bring extra pillows, blankets, and go ahead and spring for the linens exchange, especially if you have children. Also, no pans or any kitchenware are included. Internet is slow, so don't expect to be gaming online or streaming. But the TV channel selection is good, and it looks like you can set up peripheral devices. Very safe feeling area despite being near the train tracks.

Nice place for a great price. We always stay here when In Huntsville. Tiffany always goes above and beyond to make sure her guest are happy absolutely amazing!!

My family & I lived here for 4 weeks, while we waited 4 our home 2 be ready 2 move into. The staff was so nice, informative & very helpful 2 us. We were able 2 have our dog here with us, which was AWESOME. We were great ful 4 the experience & the time we had here.

I have visited two value place extended hotel one in St Charles,MO and now the one in Madison,Al. I liked the one in St Charles but I love the one in Madison staff are awesome you feel like you are around family. The Manager goes out of his way to make sure your happy. The rooms are clean an for me to say that is a lot cause I went threw it like I was a cop looking for evidence. I would recommend t to anyone. Come on an get a taste of the grand southern welcome from the Value Place in Madison!

My dad is currently staying here while he is in Huntsville for medical treatments. We originally had a reservation at the Huntsville location on university drive. We arrived around 1 pm to check in and they refused to let him check into a room before 3 o'clock even though they had empty, clean rooms. He had just had a treatment and badly needed to rest and relax. I called the Madison location and they gladly said we could check in as soon as possible. I understand rules exist for a reason, but what is an extra 2 hours when someone is standing there ready to pay money to stay for at least a week anyways? Glad we ended up going to Madison because the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. They are understanding of my father's medical issues and the general manager volunteered to clean a room for him when he needed to move rooms because the neighbors were waking him up too early in the morning. It's slightly dated with the bare minimum but it's the best bang for your buck in the area. Either you pay a little less and end up in a dump with illegal activities going on all around you or you pay way over priced rates to stay in Huntsville or Madison area national chain hotels. I highly recommend this location to those needing weekly rates, and want to thank the staff for being great!

Everyone here was super friendly and very helpful. We loved talking with you all! We will definitely have to stop back and see you all. Thank you for making us 4 humans, 2 dogs and 4 ferrets feel at home. Much love and prayers to you all!

I came into town for business never heard of Value Place, it's a basically clean, simple and a value as the GM Pamela Graves stated. The location was excellent close to the airport and Redstone Arsenal. Was there for a week with another co-worker to save $$$$ we did and were able to keep half of our per diem in our pockets by staying here. The place was great the staff gave excellent service. Did have to pay $10 a week for WIFI and they charge $10 a week for unlimited linen exchange which we washed our own towels and saved the $10. Yet bets staying somewhere else were we'd pay over a $100 a night we stayed a week for a little over $300 great value for the money!! Coming back in a couple months and definitely stay here again.

When we arrived your desk staff was totally awesome, Lynne was very friendly and helpful and she made us feel welcome, if we had an issue she would fix our issues right away. She gave us some ideas of what we could do while we was there and we had the time of lives.. Thank you Lynne!!!!!
