Hilton Garden Inn Madison Huntsville Airport

Had a kitchen issue that limited breakfast the first morning. Second morning there was a full breakfast. Normally order an omelette & French toast when staying at HGI, but this French toast wasn’t very good at all. Gooey, and bland. Other than that the hotel was great. Will stay again the next time I’m in the area.

Also, Heaven, the front desk overnight clerk was awesome. Arrived very late, and was tired. Still needed to do laundry as a result of the trip I just wrapped up. She helped me get settled. Really appreciate her hospitality. It was much appreciated after two straight days of travel from Rome to Huntsville, AL.

Great stay. Hotel seemed pretty new (8/2024). Room had a good layout and plenty of power/USB outlets.

Our family stayed in the handicap Accessible room. We were here celebrating my mother's birthday. She was so surprised when we arrived. It's a beautiful hotel, Mom said " She'll have to tell Paris Hilton that she stayed at one of her hotels".

From the nice lady at check in to the nice lady at the bar, my stay was amazing. The restaurant food is pretty good. The outdoor lounge area away from the pool is amazing spot to relax.

There is only one name you need to remember when renting a room or checking in "DeeDee" she is the reason we stayed at the hotel. She has awesome customer service! The bonus is the hotel was nice and clean. You also had Ashley she was super helpful. Madison was the bartender and she was awesome too! The only negative was the manager of the hotel, who seemed to have a permanent frown on her face and very stuck up. Management really needs to review the manager in this case. When you stay places you want a manager that is just as great as her staff! All and All it was a great experience! Deedee, Ashley and Madison you all rock and keep doing what you are doing, don't change a thing!

Great Hotel! Very clean and spacious! Great hotel if your going to trash pandas game because it is very close by! I would go again!

As a lifetime Diamond member, we stay at a lot of Hilton Properties. This location has been terrific. The room was very clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly! Jo was our server on our first morning & she was super!! So much fun to talk to, & her service was superb. She also was the bartender & again we enjoyed her vivacious personality & hospitality! A welcome addition to our stay. Keep her because she is a wonderful ambassador to your lovely properties.

Stayed here for the first time. I’ve been staying in Decatur the last few months. The breakfast crew is awesome, they make you good from scratch and they’re pretty funny. The front desk manager was extremely helpful when I had to have an emergency meeting in the lobby area with my client. My guys have stayed here before and will continue to come here. Thank you all for helping me and accommodating us today

1st night at the hotel I simply ask the front desk if the Ethernet ports in the room was active or if it’s even possible. Long story short- the front desk assisted me with the GM email to inquire about it because the front desk didn’t have an answer (which was fine). I emailed the GM not hoping for a feedback or solution (which was fine also because I wasn’t really pressing for it) but an hour later I received a reply and the GM took care of it within a couple email to his internet provider. This is my first time in a Hilton hotel and that really made a great impression along with the clean and modern room. I hope all Hilton hotel have a great hospitality and great GM like this one! 5 stars overall!

Staff is great except for the GM, been trying for over a month to get a charge fixed. My food was charged twice after I signed the receipt. I gave the GM the information twice. The GM seemed put out by trying to fix it. He did nothing. I now have to call the card company and dispute the charge because the GM could care less. I am not going to bash on the place because of one issue, but this guy has an attitude problem and is not friendly at all.

The staff in the dining room and bar were great! Justin cooked dinner to perfection and Jo served drinks with a huge smile! Definitely returning to this Hilton when in town.

Made the pilgrimage to the corporate office and stayed here. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast service could use a little help. The last two times I stayed, the cook didn't show up for work in the morning so no hot breakfast. Rooms are clean, quiet and secure.

I just recently stayed at this Hilton property, what stood out to me was the friendliness when I walked in the door. The entire facility was clean, my room was perfect. It appeared to me that everyone knew their roles and carried them out very well, I had a great breakfast and the lady behind the bar was very friendly and efficient. Again, the front desk staff was very informative and super friendly. I will be back!

Hint: Have stayed here before and it is not very old. Staff: Very nice Snacks: They were out of some snacks. Room: Handicap room which we didn't need. With such a long desk, why not 2 chairs so 2 people can work on their computer at the same time. Location: Perfect place to do many places and restaurants.

If Jo ran the hotel like she runs the bar, there would never be an empty room.

Great clean, new hotel! Generous size room with everything you need for a short stay. Wife and I stayed here 3 nights for a convention in Huntsville. 15 min to downtown, 5 min to Toyota Field, 5 min to Airport. Google map pin seems to be on the wrong hotel. It’s actually the one next door (to the East)

Been staying here off and on during my trips to Huntsville for a few years. It fell off but now they have new personnel and it is getting back to the way it was. Ms. Jo at the bar is fantastic and like a breath of fresh air. I hope she stays around for a long time! Great addition to the Hilton team. Kudos to her

Top Notch. Very Kind staff. Very accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bar and Restaurant were both open and operating. Stellar burger and fries. Bar staff was on top. She recommended a drink she makes, It was delicious. I had 2.

The wonderful ladies who assisted me were friendly and the lobby presented a exceptionally welcoming environment. There was an error with the initial booking that was no fault to Hilton, but they quickly corrected it and briskly checked me in. The room was cleaned and sanitized per the new standard. Very clean room and everything was great. Very close proximity to the airport five minute drive to be exact. Next time if the opportunity presents itself, this location will be my go to hotel for this area.
