Lee Company did some significant repairs for us after we had a pipe freeze and burst. They did the work very well. A few weeks after the work was completed, we noticed a crack in the ceiling. I contacted them, and they were very prompt in coming back to fix the issue. Steve did a great job, and he was concerned that we were satisfied. I would recommend Lee Company for your household repairs and electrical issues. They have consistently done a good job for us.

Another outstanding experience with the Lee Company home maintenance plan! Their plumbing service technician, Zachary, was extremely courteous and professional. He performed thorough inspections of all of my faucets, water connections, water pipes, exterior spigots and water heater. It is nice to have peace of mind knowing that my plumbing is in good shape.

Tech arrived on time, went right to work and found what was wrong with our HVAC system very quickly. He fixed the problem and then checked the whole system to make sure there were no other issues.

Air conditioning faltered during hot days over 100°. Lee company sent Professional named Justin which diagnosed, picked up a needed part, and had it fixed quickly. A concern was addressed immediately and adjusted during next day follow-up. Very pleased.

I shopped around to get the best price on a new HVAC unit and Lee Company came in $2000 below the next best offer and it even included a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Their competitors only included a 10 year parts warranty. They also processed all the warranty paperwork for me. The installation was scheduled 2 business days later and my new HVAC unit was up and running in just 6 hours! I highly recommend this company as everything was a breeze. Their sales reps aren’t pushy at all and are very knowledgeable.

I went online Sunday and requested a Free 2nd opinion appointment that they were offering. My 12 year old unit stopped cooling Friday. I was not satisfied with the tech or the response that I got from the company that installed it 12 years ago and serviced it twice a year. I have heard that Lee Company was very expensive. I found that to not be the case. Sunday I was called and given a 2 hour window of when their tech would be out Monday. Brandon arrived on time. He used tools and gauges to diagnose the issue. Then he completely explained what the issue was and what should be done to repair it. He was unable to reach his parts supply house by phone so he drove 40 miles and they had parts in stock. He offered to come back that evening to make repairs. We didn't feel it was necessary for him to have to work into the evening and asked him to come Tuesday. He arrived again on time and the repairs were made in 15 minutes. He stayed with us while we let the AC cool down the house. He explained the benefits of their maintenance program. There's cost less a year than the current company that I was using. I took advantage of their program and received 10% off my parts for today's repair. I had a new capacitor and a condenser motor installed for less than the other company wanted for just the motor. Brandon also took pictures of before and after and made a video showing the issue. My previous repair company has never done that. I was extremely impressed with how professional and knowledgeable Brandon was and how well he represents Lee Company. I'm a total convert and will only be using Lee Company to do my spring and fall HVAC service and also to service my Generac whole house generator and clean our air ducts. I'm so happy to find an honest and reputable company.

Dillon called, as requested, 1/2 hour prior to his scheduled arrival. He efficiently did the cooling preventive maintenance (PM); hosed down & cleaned inside the outside unit; replaced the return air filter, & took the used filter with him; and topped off the refrigerant. Whenever he was inside our condo unit, he wore shoe covers to protect our carpet. He left his work areas clean & tidy, was very professional, courteous, and personable. I definitely would trust him to care for my HVAC unit again.

Lee Company has been servicing our HVAC system and plumbing since we purchased the condo in 2009, and we have never had any problems with the service or technicians. This has to be the best deal around!

Scheduled heat pump maintenance was on time and thorough. The technician was personable and communicative. He showed us photos of all the work he did. He cleaned up the heat pumps. In summary, a very good job. We have been using Lee Company for many years for HVAC, electrical and plumbing and are very satisfied.

Our Tech that was dispatched was wonderful!! I called and was for certain there would be an after hours fee and there was NOT because we called before 8PM. They arrived and was extremely friendly and fixed the problem immediately so we did not have to wait. We will be using again if needed.

We had a problem with a utility room faucet, and the Lee technician was able to get it repaired quickly and then offered to give us a quick inspection while he was here and found a few items that needed attention. Great customer awareness and dedication to our home.

Short notice emergency call; broke a copper water line inside a wall. Josh was communicative, prompt, courteous, and performed the job with exacting precision and high quality of workmanship. Got my water back on in a matter of hours. Other than the unexpected cost of getting my own stupid mistake repaired by a professional, I am completely satisfied with my entire experience with The Lee Company. Definitely recommend them, and Josh in particular, for any plumbing needs.

Technician and assistant arrived in timely manner and made the needed repair in less than 15 minutes although invoice was higher than expected since billing requires a one hour minimum.

Daniel arrived early for our appt and went right to work.He was friendly,professional,knowledgeable and informative.He serviced our unit and corrected a problem in the crawl space with the duct work. He informed us about a mold issue in the unit and installed a mold fighting system to ensure that the mold particles would no longer wind up in our house. He's very efficient at his job.
