Clarion Pointe Madison-Huntsville

There was an issue with our toilet, and they were great about it. When they realized it was not easily repaired, they were wonderful about providing us with another room right away as well as giving us plenty of time to move things as we were on a very tight schedule all day. We were able to use both rooms until late in the evening when we would have the time to relocate. Very friendly and helpful staff who made sure we were as minimally inconvenienced by the issue as possible. Both rooms were very clean and had all the amenities we needed, including an enjoyable pool. The only thing I would have liked was more lounge chairs by the pool as there were only two. They did, however have plenty of regular chairs and a nice covered area by the pool for shade.

Rooms were very clean and fresh. We were checked in right away. I used their fitness center and it was a little tight in a fairly small room with all the equipment but served the purpose. Breakfast was very nice. Decent variety for complimentary. Maybe some sugar-free creamer would be nice to add for the coffee bar. Overall I was very satisfied. The location too is awesome. There were plenty of gas stations, restaurants, and shops right off the highway. Simple to get right back on the road!

I had a good stay. I was in town for the my niece’s graduation. I found the Clarion had good reviews. I checked with local law enforcement and they didn’t have anything bad to say about the hotel. Check in was easy…. The staff was great…. My room was great. Bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. Only downside to the comfortable bed was I slept through breakfast. It is conveniently located next to a Cracker Barrel, so I didn’t miss a meal. Would definitely recommend this wallet friendly Hotel!

Nice hotel for a short stay. Located in a convenient and safe area. The rooms are clean but lack a bit in air circulation in my opinion. Also the windows blinds design does not block fully the parking lot light. The breakfast has nice options and the staff is friendly.

Spent a fantastic 4 nights here, the bed and bedding materials were nice and comfy.
The room was clean, the complimentary breakfast was good for being included with the stay.
Staff were friendly and helpful!

I will mention the sound quality on the TVs aren't the best but you really can't complain for the average going price of their rooms, it gets the job done and does it well so I can't really fault them for it.

Will absolutely stay at this hotel again when I'm down here again.

I had to stay unexpectedly. I tried to book online with a service but was unsuccessful so I was basically a walk up. Michela was extremely helpful in getting me a room. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Beds and pillows are excellent. Rooms are quiet. Breakfast was well stocked. Overall great experience

Stayed many times while in town for work. Awesome Staff and no complaints. Breakfast top notch!! Rooms clean out of 4-5 stays never any issue.

I am here almost every weekend and I can't say enough about the staff. Starla and Kristin are both amazing. My room is always very clean and if I ever need anything they are right there to help. There is a great selection for an easy breakfast.

This place was great. I was able to book it at a fraction of the cost of other nice hotels in the area. It’s very clean and recently updated! My only complaint was being on the first floor it was a bit noisy in the morning. Overall..very happy I gave this hotel a chance.

I stayed here the past few days with my kids while we had work done on our home. I am so impressed with this hotel! First off the staff are incredibly nice and down-to-earth. Very accommodating. Exceptionally clean hotel, beautifully decorated (Love the HSV/Space theme). It has been remodeled in the recent past because everything looks fresh and new. Great complimentary breakfast choices (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, oatmeal, fruit). There's also a little snack room with a credit card kiosk. I can't find a single thing to complain about. When you call, they can reserve your room from this location - they don't transfer you to an 800 number. Great hotel - highly recommend!

The guy working mornings was an exceptional guy. Above and beyond to get things done. The lady working evenings was also a really nice lady and would go above and beyond to help you. The rooms are cleaned daily without asking unless you hang do not disturb sign.

Beautiful Place to stay for awhile. Front desk people so nice and polite, rooms Beautiful and comfortable. Room service awesome. Lovely swimming area. They make you feel like you are home. Nice people that was staying there. Met a few Lovely people that was visiting also. Just a Lovely place to stay.!!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Huntsville for a short vacation. Room was nice and clean. The staff was VERY nice and accommodating even though they were short staffed. We highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing value for the money. Super clean rooms. Hot breakfast. Plus each room has a big screen TV with chromecast, so you can use your netflix or other accounts with it. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. It was our first time staying at this brand of hotel. We were surprised by how nice the rooms were for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

In my opinion, this is Madison's best value for lodging. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and location is prime. You will be pleasantly surprised and you will not be gouged on the price.

As a truck driver I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels across the country and this is by far the nicest, most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bed is absolutely amazing!!!! Rooms are room and clean and the staff is beyond friendly!
