Office staff exceptional, storage units clean and climate regulated . All positive experiences!!

Some of us have been renting at this property for years, back when it was a flea market. As the pandemic shut us down, several of us switched our businesses to online and now rent for warehousing purposes. The owners were amazing with the transition, truly caring about us and our livelihood/s. They made it happen as fast as the pandemic allowed even though they could have just accepted the bailout money. They invested and very intelligently, changed with the times. You won't find better people to do business with at this property or any of their many around Huntsville. And those of us whom transitioned our businesses are actually another layer of security for new customers as we are on site often, notice everything and I personally disinfect the doors and bathrooms everytime I use them.

We have 2 10x20 units. My wife pays by check monthly. Unfortunately we have been locked out twice the last 1 1/2 year bc the accounting department and the storage manager do not communicate my wife’s payment. The storage manager failed to communicate to us that they were locking our storage units. We went to our units in to our amazement it had the red lock on our units. My wife told the storage manager we always paid on time. He asked for proof. We went to the storage managers office twice to show him but he never was in the office. The accounting had proof but they never communicate to each other.
