Both ladies were very helpful got me all setup quick and fast helped me with new features of my new phone. Very very satisfied with the customer support and service!

They were very pleasant sales person and answered all the questions that I had also they were very helpful

The gentlemen that were there when I went in were EXTREMELY helpful! They helped me solve an issue that I thought was helpless and restored faith in TMobile (and humanity!). Very approachable and knowledgeable. I seriously wish I had gone to them first instead of another store. Will definitely be stopping by again to purchase some accessories ....and maybe an iWatch! Thanks guys! (Jonathan and I believe his name started with a C?)

Although we just had to stop in to get our screen protectors replaced, Jonathan & Anissa both made it an awesome visit. Very friendly and personable. They were able to take care of us right before they closed for the evening.

I had trouble with trading in my old phone for a few months bc of sprint & their customer service. I was in & out a couple of times at the store & every time each employee was so nice and helped me out. I finally was able to get my new phone & watch and I wouldn’t have been able to without the help of the employees, especially the manager Jonathan. I highly recommend going to see these guys!

AWESOME STAFF HERE.
There's three employees working here that should be managing the stores. One might even be manager I don't know. I wish I had all three of their names. I had great customer service from a friendly group of employees. All had good attitudes. I know one was named Dara. Tmobile better take care of these three employees cause when I get my business running I'm gonna steal this staff. Dara you ever need a job reference you put me down!! Next time I'm in there I'm going to find out what the two guys names are too. Great group. Really impressed with these three. Looking forward to going back and buying more stuff from these three. If they are not there I'll come back until it's one of them there. Im sure they work off commission and they did all the work so I'm only dealing with them.

The whole team at this store are amazing and so helpful. Stetson and Michael started helping me and mother after about 15 minutes Michael was kind enough to get my mother a chair. Another employee (Joe) along with Stetson kept me and my mother engaged with fun conversation while Michael continued to work our issue. We ended having to go back later that night where Michael immediately started helping us again. Caesar and Odessa helped when we started running into issues that evening. Lastly me and my mother had to go back one more time today where Stetson was able to verify the issues we were having we all fixed. Stetson, Michael, Joe, Caesar, and Odessa you guys are amazing and pleasure to deal with. You guys never gave up on fixing our issue. I would recommend this store and team to anyone that needs help with T-Mobile/Sprint. Thank you guys again.

This was my 3rd tmobile store to use in the last month as my family was upgrading, rearranging our phones. We have been longtime sprint customers and this upgrade has been frustrating. However, the crew at this store lead by Joe was very helpful and friendly. Johnathan was very welcoming and helpful. They all answered my questions and knew what they were talking about. Plus, I got in quickly and was taken care of right away (and yes there were other people in the store). If i have to go to a tmobile store in the future this will be the one I go to as long as the people are the same. Thank you.

The store is always clean and lively. I love the color scheme, it is warm and inviting. The manager at this store, Stetson is so helpful and kind. His employees seem to really respect him and enjoy working for him. That speaks volumes! Good job at this store T Mobile. This is my go to store! I highly recommend this store. Xander and Dara were the absolute best ! I was having the worst time with my phone in regards to restoring service after a payment. Chat for sprint was the freaking worst ! After two hours of run around on chat Xander and Dara were finally able to get me back where I needed to be. This experience started out horrible even had me contemplating switching carriers But because of their stellar service I am staying and I highly recommend this store ! You guys rock!!

Dara, Joe and Jasmine greeted us and were very helpful and patient in answering all our questions. Dara was especially helpful in her wealth of knowledge and was able to help ease my concerns in transitioning and helping my son open a new line. I can honestly say my customer service experience was top notch. Thanks guys!

Michael was super helpful and friendly, I would recommend him to all my family and friends ! definitely will be a life long customer at this location. Jonathan and Joe were also very helpful and very funny. Overall Michael, Joe , and Jonathan are some of best t mobile workers ive worked with

My husband and I NEEDED to combine phones and upgrade. When we entered the store ALL of the guys working happily assisted us. We did not expect to receive the GREAT care that we did but we’re so grateful for the care we received. All of them- Lil John, Jonathan, Joe, & Cesar (Lil John & the East side Boyz) made this the BEST visit. We are coming back for T-Vision.

When we walked in the staff was very friendly and the manager, Stetson, was just a delight. My mother and I can’t stand for long so he brought us both a chair.
The store was very clean and it was a pleasure to sit there as there was inviting colors and a pleasant atmosphere presented. Stetson was such a delight to work with, he was a pleasure to be around and to set up my family with phones and t-Mobile. I know he is a fine young man with outstanding business skills and I want him to take care of all my business. Thank you!!

Came in to the store to get my data transferred to my new phone my son sent me and talked with a very nice young man named Joey. He was very helpful and got all my data and even my Facebook. Will definitely come back to this location and recommend everyone else to as well.

I went in just to start an account with them, they were pretty awesome. Nice down to earth people who were so nice and respectful. They didn't try to force anything on me that I didn't want. Stetson and Dae where overall lovely. It's the best TMobile store in Lubbock - you can't go wrong if you go there.

I highly recommend this location! Johnathan helped me order a new device and was very honest and Thorough with All of the information regarding my device! This is definitely my favorite T-Mobile store to shop at!
