TA Travel Center

The showers here are clean, big and beautiful. We had Boston market here also the service was fast and the food was delicious. We have been to alot of TA and this is by far one of the nicest we have been to in a long time.

Last time I was here there was more free parking.
I'm watching the workers clean up the parking lot and run off the drivers that park in places they shouldn't.
The store inside is clean and staff is polite.
Parking lot is a lot cleaner than the last time I was here.
I will definitely come back here if I am passing thru.

I had to fix a hole in roof of trailer with some tape. Loves had no time to even consider a fix. Went to TA and with my help the service manager and I moved the big ladder(steps) over to trailer and taped hole. Excellent service. Nice people. Thankyou.

7-21-23 This place has always been a favorite stop. The showers are clean and have amazing water pressure! Parking isn’t too bad either. The Burger King was out of eggs and biscuits at 9:45am and said their grill was down too so they couldn’t make burgers. I went to the TA kitchen area and they made me a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich from their breakfast items! The staff here are always friendly and seem to be happy! Thank you!

The usual good service you expect from a TA. The shop people are knowledgable and they have roadside service for trucks. Plenty of parking and about 180 parking spots. The Taco Bell is gone and they don't have the usual Country Pride but they do have a Bonnies Kitchen.

These five stars is for the older lady that clean the showers. She slangs those showers hunny. Makes you smile while doing it. I’m not talking about rushing either because they are spotless and clean. I’ve never seen truckers get in showers that fast. She is awesome.🤩 Keep her forever!

Good place to rest for the night. Clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and they have a Boston Market. They serve breakfast tacos in the morning. Parking is usually packed, so get there early.

Boston Market is wonderful.
Imagine living on roller dogs, etc for a week, then you get a Real Meal, with roasted chicken, mashed n gravy, and seasoned steamed Broccoli...pure Nirvana!
Kitchen is clean, as is the line, and staff is excellent with customer service.

Much appreciation to the entire crew working at around 1800 on 10/16/22!! I reserved a parking spot at around 1100 when I was dispatched to the Denton area. I knew parking was going to be tough in the evening, so I jumped on the TA app, and found this particular spot, and it just happened to be pretty close to my appointment in the morning. When I pulled into the lot, I was upset after seeing all of the reserved spots taken. I checked the app again, and it said that there was one spot left, so theoretically there should have been two open spots. So I parked in a no-parking area and went inside. I checked in with the lady at the register, she handed me a courtesy bottled water and my receipt, and said they were about to get me a spot. Enter the manager with the wonderful blue hair! She quickly printed out the lists of trucks that were supposed to be there, and handed them to a gentleman from the shop and another person. The technician told me to park around back of the shop, and he would come and get me when a spot opened up. Sure enough, about 10 minutes later, he rolled around back in the fork lift, motioned for me, and led me right to an open spot. I literally had an escort to my reserved spot!! This type of service is exactly what this industry needs. If this happened at any other spot, they would have just refunded my money and said sorry. But not here, they took action and authority and enforced the parking policies. Truck stops can resemble the wild west sometimes. They need order and structure to meet the needs of the truck drivers. And I'm sad to say that a lot of truckers don't care that they've parked in a paid spot without paying. I will definitely return to this exact truck stop if I ever find myself in the Denton area again. I hope corporate congratulates and rewards the four employees I dealt with tonight. They deserve it!!!

Crystal has been one of the most outstanding individuals that I have come across in years to help you as a driver and an owner-operator get your truck running having the ability to get her hands on parts that nobody else can, to make sure you as an owner operator are very productive!!!
I cannot say enough about the personnel at the service center of this TA they are to be commended they will take care of you as a driver and as an individual!!!!

Broke down directly in front with no air pressure. The supervisor (Richard), came to the rescue by making it possible to get me into a bay, without having to call a tow. Air Dryer was trash, so he got it replaced and repaired in record time. Thanks Richard, I really and truly appreciate it. They need more TA Supervisors like Richard.💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Hey I'm Donald Jones (Dj). I'm a semi truck driver for Crengland. I was shut down at a shipper here in Saginaw, TX (I believe this is Ventura Foods) on 1100 Defeil Rd.. I was loosing constant Air pressure. Everytime I started the truck I would have to build the Air pressure and every time I came to a stop or had to back up. Finally the truck shut down and wouldn't start. Prior I would pull in to love's and spoke with several mechanics (and love's mechanics has done great work and was very courtesies) however I was told by them it would have to go back to the dealer and have some computer part put on it cause it's an automatic and it's been several recalls on these automatic and its nothing they can do.

Well our afterhours sent a mechanic out and this guy worked diligently to try and get the pressure up. As two of love's mechanics had done in the past, he went underneath to see where the problem was. And he told me "im going to find it and fix it so you won't have this problem again."

Well after pouring sweat on his face and about 20mins in additional to after the first hour and a half . Not only did he find and fixed the problen he explain to me what it was. If I can recall right he said "it was the switcher next had came loose and he could tighten it with his hand;" and he fixed it and made sure the truck not only kept coming on but the Air pressure stay high abd returned to normal..

Absolutely the best TA I’ve ever been to prompt service in the shop two weeks ago I had a flat tire on my drives . 2:30 in the morning put me right in the door the gentleman with the cowboy hat changed it out in 30 minutes today . Today 8/30/22 had another flat on the other side of my drives at 2:30 in the afternoon the manager with the red hair was so nice and polite put me right in her door cadence young man apprentice took him 30 minutes to change my tire and patch it had a nail in the center of it in and out great customer service and the replacement manager for the assistant manager with the red hair was very nice and helpful great TA good service I’ll be back when I’m in town thank you guys so much I was drivers to appreciate when you help us out like that.😁😁

Had a flat and was in and out in under 2 hours. The tech was very courteous and professional. Good job guys!!!

Good evening,

I just wanted to reach out and tell you about a positive experience I had and brag on your employees (not that you need anyone to tell you!) But I had the best experience last night with your evening crew and your Mechanic- I believe his name is Jake.

My truck broke down on the side of the road and I was dreading being out there alone because I'm a female driver and I knew it be an after hours call that went late into the night. Jake ended up being so kind and professional. He did the work and then called me to come start the truck because he wanted to make sure the battery wasn't dead. This was around 1 AM. I'm sure he was exhausted. I knew he just got off another road call that took longer then expected and I'm sure he was in a rush but he took his time and made sure the job was done right and that my truck was working like it was supposed to. We are all overworked and stressed out. It was so nice to see your employees, including the ladies In the office, be so kind and compassionate. When mechanics don't do their due diligence it can make our lives hell, but when they take the time to do things right the first time it saves us so much time/money/stress.

Hats off to you and your team for a job well done. Us drivers notice and truly appreciate all the hard work you do. We couldn't do our jobs without you and your positive attitudes and high level of service make all the difference.

Good food great breakfast at the little kitchen inside.. much better than the burger king that is also inside and more affordable too! Very friendly kitchen staff. Clean restroom and decent parking.

I arrived yesterday morning to have two tires put on.
Was brought in immediately.
I had to also replace the radiator, was allowed to buy my own.
Crystal is a great counter person, very knowledgeable. Very caring about getting you completed and on the way again.
Ronnie did the work replacing the radiator and was very efficient and cares about making sure that you are back on the road as soon as possible.
I strongly recommend that this is the store you come to for tires or repairs.
They have a crew of responsible people that know their job.
