Temple Lake Park

This park is great! There is lots of space for families to spread out and enjoy the lake. There is a limited number of covered picnic tables available but you can also bring your own shade.

If you plan to enjoy this park, please pick up after yourself, there are multiple dumpsters and no reason to litter on our beautiful lake.

Fun place to visit. The water is Very warm! The people are friendly, I spend about 5hours here. Will be coming back soon.

I love this place! 6 miles from my house. Clean water, no weeds. Charcoal bbq everywhere. 5 dollars entrance fee CASH ONLY, free for military.

Awesome place to spend with family and friends because there is so much space between pavilions and grassy areas make it great if pavilions get full. We wanna make it an every weekend event because we have had so much fun on multiple occasions. Safe and friendly people working and visiting

Great place for the family. Fishing is decent. Swimming area is marked off with a net and there is plenty of pavilions and grills for everyone to use. Never shown up and it's overly packed.

I love this lake access point but wondering if it is open yet? We went 2 weeks ago and it was under water. Anyone know if it has been opened back up?

Clean, friendly and so much fun! Get here early as the space is limited but entirely worth it! Gorgeous sunsets, clear water, clean sand to go barefoot!

Beautiful spot for swimming, picnics and relaxing. There is a fee to enter the park, but worth it, a one year pass is only $20.
Belton lake is beautiful. A small children's play area surrounded by picnic tables. There were 2 boat ramps as well.

Great park. You have a great view of the lake and can go swimming. Cost is only $5 for a day pass but you can leave and come back in. Wish I had brought my swim suit. Plenty of picnic tables and shade cover. First day in August and it is in the upper 90’s but there is a good breeze because of the lake. Park is dog friendly and your dog(s) will enjoy the water.

What a great place to relax after a long week of work! It is clean and well maintained!

Super fun place to swim, fish, BBQ and jet ski. Make sure you bring swim shoes. The entry fee is $5 per car. There is lots of grills and cover picnic benches. The water is perfect temperature..

Very beautiful place just wish it would say why a lot of the gates are locked to the park areas.

Recently discovered this hidden gem!!! Beautiful scenery, with ducks and different kind of birds. Loved it!! Perfect for a romantic walk with that special someone or a picnic with the whole family.

Great place to enjoy Belton Lake. Picnic areas, swimming areas, boat ramp and boarding dock. Puts you in where the scenery and fishing are good. I like it so much I got the season pass.

Even though the lake is way low this year, we still had a blast . We rented the big Pavillion for a birthday party it it was great. Well worth it imo
