The UPS Store

Paul is awesome. He is the store owner, and he went above and beyond to get a package hand delivered that was returned to his store. I can't say enough about him. He is a blessing.

A lady named Laura took care of everything because I've never returned anything before and made life easy for me!!! 2 minutes and I was out of the store!!! Thanks you Laura for going above and beyond for customers.

Everyone there helped and handled everyone waiting with a friendly and efficient manner. The store was clean and neat. Didn’t have a long wait. So an overall good experience.

Lauren helped me out yesterday, even with the long line and dreary cold weather she still had a smile on her face and was a pleasure to deal with. This store is always friendly and move along as quick as possible. My only complaint is the location, the parking lot is small and tight.

I went in the other day and let me tell you, Miguel is the guy you want to see. Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable. From now on I’m going to call ahead to make sure he’s working there before I ship any more packages!
