Electronic Express

I had never been to Electronic Express prior and I will summarize my experience like this.

I walked in and was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the store, was immediately greeted by actual, friendly people who worked there. The person I worked with's name was George. He approached me and was very knowledgeable on everything I asked about and helped me find a setup for my price range and suggested all the options I had to get what I needed. He even understood my anxiety about making such a huge purchase and helped every step of the way. Even helped me get it to the car. This place is truly amazing and I can't leave a good enough review. I will absolutely be going back sooner than later.

It's not very often people do what these folks did. I really feel they went the extra mile for me as the customer.

I wanna take the time to thank your electronic express tech Jeremy for helping us find the right equipment we needed tonight! He was very respectful and knowledgeable when it came to the stuff we got! Would really like to give the guy a hats off for all his hard work!

If you are needing assistance please ask for Janelle!! She was absolutely amazing, she was patient, kind, knowledgeable and made my Christmas shopping experience a breeze! I really just can’t say enough about her! I definitely will be getting all my electronics from her!! My teens are going to be over the moon on Christmas morning!
Edit: I’ve just read other reviews and Janelle is a rock star! I certainly hope she is being appreciated like she should be!

I love this store. When you walk in you get blown away with how good their selection is. Seth (the guy we deal with) is knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. While waiting on him to look through their back stock I had 3 different employees ask if I needed help. They definitely make sure you are taken care of. All in all it’s a nice electronic store with a friendly staff.

My sales person Austin was very, very good! He was so knowledgeable about the OLED vs Qled TV’s. He made making a big purchase very easy! It was a great experience. I’ll be back.

Kassy is such a sweet and friendly face to have at the store! She and Janelle both helped us so much today and made everything fun and easy ♡

I had a great experience at Electronic Express in Tullahoma! I saw a lot of familiar faces hometown faces and got a great deal on my 55” TVs! Adam is always awesome, and Janelle and George were very helpful to load my TVs into my car for me! Awesome service! Very helpful, very informative, and very welcoming!

Jeremy was absolutely fantastic! He asked is if we needed help right when we walked in the door! He was very helpful and kind as well! Searched several places trying to find a very specific power cord and found it! Thank you Jeremy!

I went to buy a washer and dryer a couple days ago. Janelle was very helpful and informative about warranties, and other useful information about my purchase! The customer service that was provided was so amazing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase appliances again!

I would absolutely recommend ANY ONE go and see Austin Scharber and Kye Morris - They are top notch when it comes to sales and customer service! Austin just has a passion for putting customers first, it's so apparent when he walks up to you. He knew absolutely every thing about the electronics that I asked. Such a sweet young man! Kye was all about making sure I got the right price for what I wanted. His friendly smile, and genuine knowledge and expertise were there and ready as soon as I walked in. We are so happy with our TV and the customer service these two gentleman showed us and will be back soon for more! Thank you guys so much!!

I made a pretty large purchase at the store today, and the staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend to others, and I will definitely be shopping there again myself.

Kassy was very kind and knowledgeable. Answered every question I had when looking to buy a TV. She even helped to carry it to my car!

We came in to get an hdmi cord adapter and was helped by Chase. He had to explain ALOT about the new things with computers and was very patient with my old brain. We ended up with a new tower and monitor, because what I was wanting to do wasn't possible with what I had, and Janelle was patient with us on the financial end. A1 customer service at it's best! 10 stars

Bought a bigger TV than we needed but it has been amazing to see every detail on the screen. The sound bar is great for listening to music too. Our salesperson, Janelle, was very patient & helpful in explaining what we would need to make it all work. Really appreciated her upbeat attitude, energy & knowledge of their products. We would definitely visit with her again for future purchases.

Kye, our salesman, was great help to us without overselling. He was polite and respectful. We are in Tullahoma, TN.

I bought a gaming headset at a reasonable price and had great interactions with the staff. Will be returning again!

Austin was a polite gentleman that helped my entire rambunctious family find everything they needed to meet their needs. He explained everything in detail when it came to questions about pcs. I really enjoyed his great customer service skills. Keep up the great work Austin!!!

Had a great experience when purchasing a TV. Sales man Austin was very helpful and had a very in depth knowledge of the products a great attitude very willing to answer any questions and give a in depth explanation of all the technology involved a great help for a elderly customer who doesn't understand a lot of the technical stuff. Well done
