My Jeep blew an alternator on a recent ski trip to Snowshoe. Miraculously, Brintle's Garage was at next exit after the battery light came on. They diagnosed the problem, had an alternator delivered and installed before I could finish my club sandwich over at Brintles Restaurant! (see other review) Fair, reasonable, friendly and fast. Great guys! Thanks for saving my ski trip.

Fast and knowledge mechanics but staff is EXTREMELY rude at the shop and in the store... The African American lady at the store was short of cussing me out simply because I asked where the microwave was located her attitude was awful to say the least. The facilities are old and ran down. They need to be a lot more customer friendly. The only lady at the store that was helpful and nice was the Mexican lady behind the counter and she is the reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one.

Asked about a tire I needed, they told me they only had it new for $320. They had a new mechanic do the work which is fine. Took nearly 2 hours, grabbed a shower while I waited. When they finished the guy told me it'll be $630. When I asked why he said the tire cost $550. Typical ripoff mechanic bait and switch. Won't be coming back here again. Loves has their prices on a poster and actually sticks to them.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP, I repeat please stay away, this was the worst experience I've had at any shop over the road they are crooks thieves racist and many more managers and workers alike. sold me a damaged tire and would not allow me to change the tire before even putting it on my truck, they company policy is once you select a tire even before getting mounted you have to pay for it. Your not allowed to change the tire without paying for the first tire. Called to cops they were no help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. STAY AWAY PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Terrible terrible place lazy rude mechanic and charged me $26 for 10 minutes till I realized this is not somewhere you should ever take your equipment to be fixed!!!
