I truly love and enjoy my experience at The Pretty Mane, there not only your stylist but they become your friends as well. I love the service I receive from Jay and I love the atmosphere in the salon. If you are looking for a great quality of work and a very honest opinion on what you should or should not do to your hair then this is the place for you. From the cut's I have received to the color's I love to change to The Pretty Mane does great work and they are not all about trying to get your money they are about great service and healthy hair for the long term. SILK PRESS SEASON :
I received exceptional service. The salon owner did a phenomenal job on my hair leaving me speechless. My hair is smooth, shiny, lightweight, and healthy after trimming. I have so much body and volume. When I ran my fingers through my hair — I thought it was a weave 🤭Whatever products he used are worth the service I promise you. I’m recommending him for all-natural hairstyles. Moreover, I also witnessed a killer sew-in prior to my appointment. So this guy is truly a professional!

My appointment today was with Colesha for a Silk Press on Naturally Curly Hair. All I have to say is, thanks to her amazing skills my husband is even more obsessed with me 😂 He insisted on doing a photoshoot for the review. I recently had an outstanding experience with Jay. Jay's expertise and attention to detail transformed my hair beautifully. Absolutely loved my experience, Tiara was a doll and so caring. She listened to my hair goals and shared her expertise on how to achieve them. The environment was nice, clean, and professional! So glad I found them and will now be a regular!

Tiara-Nicole did my braids. I got medium knotless braids to my waist and the service included a shampoo, conditioner, and blow-dry. Me and my daughters have had our hair done here before by other stylists. We love the salon, everyone is so nice. It’s clean and easy to get to.

I have bra strap length naturally curly hair that had been giving me fits until Justin got a hold of these tresses. He did a Brazilian Blowout w/a haircut and it turned out amazing! He was up front about the additional charge for my hair length so there were no surprises when it was time to pay. The salon is clean and comfortable, and the stylists are funny and hospitable. I highly recommend Justin’s work as a stylist and I will most certainly be a repeat client.

I had a bad experience with another salon, and ended up taking a chance on the Pretty Mane - am I glad that I took a chance! Justin relaxes my hair exactly as I requested and never have I had to wait more than a couple of minutes beyond my requested appointment time. Whenever I walk out of there, I feel brand new!

Jay is a true Gem!!!! I’m from Detroit and moved to the area 4 years ago. Been to several beautician leaving me disappointed. Jay is a perfectionist and is VERY knowledgeable. I’m a new client of his and made sure I did not leave his Salon without booking another appointment. His is my bestie in my head. 😝🥰

I LOVE this salon. I have been meaning to post for sometime but I can’t say enough how they all can slayyyy some hair honey. From my silk press to my braids I am always pleased with the results. Once again, my service at The Pretty Mane & Company was OUTSTANDING! I have been going to this company for a Brazilian Blowout for 3 years now (or has it been 4?). I will not go anywhere else. Justin is a true professional. And a great person! From the moment you walk in, you are treated as a highly valued guest. The atmosphere is relaxing, the music is always perfect, and the conversations are fun. But the bottom line is the actual service. I have been coloring my hair blonde for 30 years and my hair has always been worse than straw. But Justin (and Chelsea) have transformed it. When I leave, my hair is silky, smooth, and healthy. I appreciate this company so much and highly recommend them.

Tallula did my silk press and she did an amazing job! I’ve been doing my own hair for 9 years and tallula offered advice and tips without shaming me for not knowing any better. We talked plans for further visits and I cannot wait to come back and try some protective styles!

I had a great experience at the Pretty Mane this weekend and would highly recommend this salon! The space itself is very well maintained and cleaned and all the stylists I encountered were friendly and very knowledgeable.
Tallula did my box braids and I am so pleased with how neat they turned out and how quickly she did them! The braids were not painful and I was able to put them up the same day I got them without a problem! I will definitely be coming back!

This was my first time at the salon and I can’t express how impressed I was. Ariea did a wonderful, wonderful job on my hair. She put in WORK and my Brazilian Blow Out came out beautiful. I love that she takes her time with her clients and doesn’t overbook. She gave helpful advice and focuses on the importance of healthy hair. The facility is very clean and all the staff are very friendly. This is my new go to spot every time I need my hair done. Thank you Pretty Mane for making me feel pretty.

The staff at The Pretty Mane & Co. are all very warm and friendly. The salon super clean and they followed all of the COVID-19 protocols precisely. It's a really nice relaxed atmosphere. I have had 4 great experiences with Tiara Cager. She always greets me right away and is very friendly and welcoming. My first experience was a Brazilian Blowout and she did an excellent job. I was so happy with my results that I have been back to get my hair colored and cut.

I called on a whim, just moved back to the area after 8 years, and needed a stylist. The owner was very accommodating and nice to me. He quickly scheduled me and my daughter for the same day. We arrived promptly and were taken back to the shampoo bowls immediately. Our hair needed some tender loving care. The young ladies we saw were so nice and professional. My daughter was given a cute little bob to trim off damaged ends that happened during quarantine while I was trying to maintain her hair myself. Anyway, we were done in an 1 1/2 hours. The prices were reasonable, and I would have paid more for the work they had to do in our hair. I scheduled our next appointment before leaving. Excited to have found someone quickly. They had Covid policies and procedures in place to protect us and themselves. Very clean shop!

Tiara provides excellent blow outs on my natural hair. She always works so quickly and provides the best service.

I visited the salon a few days ago for the first time. I am so happy I did! This is the best salon I have ever been to ...and I'm sensitive about my hair! My stylist, Chelsea, was amazing! I got all of my natural hair cut off and into a pixie cut after being permed. It is so soft and manageable now. Chelsea and Justin were so nice and good at what they did. Chelsea was patient with my hair and did everything I asked. I got a luxury treatment and I really enjoyed myself. I had even taken abpicture to show her the style that I was looking for and after only 4.5 seconds of looking at it, she made my hair look identical!

Everyone keeps telling me how great my hair is now! I also enjoyed the multicultural aspect of this salon- they service all types of people and their hair! So, choose this place if you are looking for a great salon that will lay your hair all kinds of ways and make you feel good about it! I know I am going back!

OH MY GOD! This is the most fabulous salon I have ever been to! I got my hair styled by Tiara and OMG she’s fabulous! Quick and efficient! She’s so focused and thorough! The music in there was amazing and the vibes were great! Definitely go here!!
