We love Johnathan and the MP family! My son started a few training sessions he has performed better each time at a track meet!! If your kids are in any sports and need someone for athletic performance MP is the place! Thanks MP and love that my son can communicate with a coach openly!

My 14 year old son is a swimmer and came to Maximize Potential 5 months ago. He has been working one-on-one with Coach Alex on strength, agility, and flexibility. Over this time he has become a much stronger and faster swimmer. He went from no "B" times in the short course season (before Maximize Potential) to 4 "B" times. We just finished the long course champion ship meet and he dropped 24.14 seconds off a 200 Free within 3 weeks of the last meet! He consistently drops time in every event in every meet we attend. Yes, his swim coaches have him work hard in the water, but we didn't see these huge gains until coming to Maximize Potential. All of the coaches here really care about their athletes and tailor the training to the athlete's individual goals, and specialize is preventing injury. There's no other place that I would trust more to train my athlete

I've never been one to hit the gym, mainly because I had no idea what I was doing. After coming to Maximize Potential for just about six weeks, I already feel more confident in the exercises and have seen improvement in my strength. The trainers are amazing - always offering guidance on proper form and encouragement. Everyone is positive and friendly, creating a great atmosphere and community vibe. Highly rec'd!

You will not catch me excited to go to any gym but Maximize Potential! These guys care about you, like, ACTUALLY care about you and your goals. They know you by name, they're excited to see you, they challenge you and push you to your limits - AND they walk you through recovery to make sure your body is functioning properly and you're avoiding injuries. They explain the way each exercise and stretch benefits your body, all the science behind it. Every workout at MP is fun, and the community amongst trainers and other gym members is something you can't find at many gyms. I've never found it at any gym, ever. I love this place! If you are looking for something that will keep you wanting to work out, I highly recommend Maximize Potential!

It's in the name... All of the coaches truly take pleasure and pride in helping you achieve your goals to maximize your potential! They are extremely knowledgeable and will work with you on identifying areas you need to work on in order to avoid injury and strengthen stability. My shoulder, back and hip pain have continuously improved under their expert advice and direction. The community is very friendly, inviting and encouraging. I'm extremely grateful and excited to be a part of it. I couldn't be happier with the progress I've made with them.

I love working out at Maximize Potential! All the coaches are super knowledgeable. They're concerned about helping you reach your fitness goals, not just signing someone up for a membership, and they have the expertise to help you get there.

I had the pleasure of training at Maximize Potential with Jonathan Holz and had a great experience. I graduated from Army West Point and played four years of Division 1 basketball. After entering the Army and playing All-Army basketball, I tore my Acl. Jonathan helped me regain my athleticism and explosion that I lost due to the injury. He made a customized training program tailored to my individual goals as an athlete. If you want to take your body to the next level as an athlete in any sport, I highly recommend training at Max Potential !

I love MP! truly one of best places I have been and the people you meet there are wonderful. They make it feel like a safe place and offer modifications as needed. This place pushes you to be your best and always challenges you to be better. Would definitely recommend.

5 stars all around. These guys are first-class in everything they do and a pleasure to work with. Did Squatober with them this year and ended up getting a lifetime personal best on my squat by 25 pounds! Highly recommend this place!

This place is changing my life in helping me become more confident, willing to try exercises and movements I would not have tried before. They challenge me to complete my reps where doing it alone I would have given up. What I like the best is the confirmation I get when I am successful and having people being proud of what I am doing.

Great trainers, small groups so they can really focus on making sure you're doing things correctly. For someone who despises going to the gym, this is the only gym anyone has ever convinced me to go to!
