Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

What a pleasant experience I had at this store. The two young men working there were patient, helpful, knowledgeable, polite and fast! They took the time to explain the different types of paints and the benefits of one over the other. I highly recommend buying your paint here! I won’t buy paint from the big box store again.

Whenever I have a DIY home project that requires paint or stain, Sherwin-Williams in Mt. Airy is my first stop. The main reason is their excellent customer service! I went in a few days ago for materials to water seal my gazebo and George was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me the advice and product I needed. Thanks to George, my gazebo looks great!

I’ve always had a great experience at the Mt. Airy Sherwin Williams store. Everyone there has always been very friendly, very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to serve the customers. If they don’t happen to have what I need (which is rare) they will find it for me at the nearest store.

I always shop at Sherwin for paint products and material. They have the highest quality. Everyone in the store is very professional, extremely friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about all their products. And not just what they have read, they all have real world experience with the products. George knows everything, and can color match perfectly. Actually everyone in there knows everything and can. I always enjoy visiting the store, it is always extremely clean, I am always greeted with a friendly, warm smiles. They have the best coffee in town. We have a large Victorian house and I will always purchase all my paint products from Sherwin.

Service attendant was very knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and friendly. I had no experience with stain and attendant very patiently educated me on types of stain, application, and cleanup. I made several trips to the store and attendant always recognized me and offered additional assistance without having to recap previous visits

Whenever I begin a project the salesteam members at Sherman Williams are always helpful to assist. They listen to my needs and never make me feel rushed when asking questions. I have even called the store and they answer all my questions. I trust their advice for all my painting projects.

Sherwin Williams in Mount Airy is a great place to purchase paint and stain. (They also carry floor coverings and wall coverings as well as blinds, shades, etc.) The staff is very knowledgeable. I don't spend much money there; nevertheless I am always treated with courtesy and respect. Everyone is extremely professional and they really seem to appreciate your business. I definitely prefer the Mount Airy Sherwin Williams to the "big box" stores in the area.

I judged a book by its cover and was proven very wrong. We had gone in the week before and a young kid had no idea what we needed and was zero help. We went back yesterday hoping someone knowledgeable would be there. I saw another kid, Jared, there and told my husband we should just come back because it was just another kid. We gave it a shot anyway and this kid knew all the answers to our questions plus had many suggestions. He knew it all and he was polite and had great communication skills. Thanks, Jared!

Took in a piece of molding to see if they could color match it and they fixed a perfect match!! Going back next week for another color!

They have gone out of they way the make my paint right. I have working with Kent, who has make my paint right. He is a wonderful person to work with.

The prices are good and the paint quality is always good. I spent less than I expected on paint and supplies to repaint the entire interior of our new house and I had a painting company at one time. Retired now.
