We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful; sheets were wonderful; room was exceptionally clean; all necessary amenities were there; and the breakfast bar was perfectly fine. We highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at this location. Staff was very nice and friendly. The manager took the time to stop by our table while we were enjoying the variety of delicious breakfast they have to ask how was everything. The rooms were very clean and even though I came prepare with my care products, I loved that they had some for our use and they also offer some other ones in case you forgot to bring with you. Bed and pillows were so comfy. The pool was extremely clean as well. I wish I can give them 10 stars ⭐ instead of 5!!

Pretty new hotel & the main word that comes to mind is "WOW!" My room was so big & beautiful. The bed slept, oh, so good! The shower was huge & everything you might need (soap. shampoo & conditioner) was right at your fingertips. It's a pricey place, but all of the amenities (exercise room, salt pool kept at 84 degrees, free WiFi, free breakfast, & computers available to check your emails) and superb service make up for it!

We stayed here recently on a quick trip to transport a vehicle for a client. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating when we arrived very late, and were also able to help us troubleshoot some of our travel plans! The rooms are clean, the location is quiet and seemingly very safe. Very nice stay.

The hotel overall was exceptional! The cleanliness, breakfast bar, and room size. However, one person stood out to us that we would like to rave about. His name is Nigel Holliday. He has such a wonderful attitude and awesome customer service. We noticed also how he seems to be a team player helping all areas including the breakfast bar! He really makes such a great first impression for the hotel. Hold onto that employee!

Had a Work training, use the conference room Stafford friendly greeted you when you came in. Make sure you had everything you needed conference room clean organize when lunch was catered and they were there to help.

My family and I initially stayed at the Holiday Inn hotel on Medical Park in Wilmington NC but ended up leaving that night because of poor customer service experience by staff Sabrina and another younger female and no clean blankets and rooms. They tried to give us free drinks and chips for complimentary. I ended up taking my family and going to the Holiday Inn Hotel in Porters Neck. This place was so WONDERFUL. My mother enjoyed her birthday and the Breakfast the next morning. I had talked with the General Manager named Carol and she and her staff were excellent. Good customer service from everyone. I had came to Wilmington NC for vacation with my family to celebrate their birthdays. Even though we started off with an awful experience at the Holiday Inn at Medical Park we ended up at a better place at Porters Neck. I recommend this place.

This place is great! Super clean. Room was really nice. The shower was great! Breakfast was delicious! And 30 - 40 minutes from a variety of beaches! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean, and very bright. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful.The pool was excellent, warm and clean. My Grandchildren loved the pool. I stayed a week with my wife and will definitely be staying here again. Plenty of parking, great location and plenty of places to eat.

Hotel was very clean. Nigel at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. All other staff that I encountered were friendly as well! GM was walking around during breakfast checking on everyone. I will have to say this is the nicest hotel that I have stayed at in awhile. Refreshing to see the excellent customer service during my stay.

This property and experience lived up to its excellent reviews. First class service from every staff member, including the night mgr. who helped immediately with neighbors who were not 'using their indoor voices' at 1 am! Room was totally clean, breakfast very nice, staff so nice.

The experience was really nice here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They always came out to greet you when the doors opened, whether night or day. The rooms were clean. The cleaning staff were even friendly. This is my first time ever giving a hotel all the stars but this one deserves it. And the hallway did not smell of smoke or anything else that you normally experience in hotels.

Definitely a 5-star experience in this hotel! The entire hotel is very clean (down to the stairways), desk and cleaning staff are pleasant and helpful, bed and pillows were very comfortable, pool area was spotless and easy highway access. We spent a night at the HI Bolivia before we moved to this one. Very worth the extra drive!!!!!

We had a FANTASTIC stay here for a weekend soccer tournament. The hotel was very clean and felt/looked new. The rooms were large and also very clean. The breakfast was delicious each morning and offered a huge variety for everyone! The boys enjoyed the pool and we loved how much seating there was in the lobby. We rented the meeting room for a team dinner and it was the perfect size and had a nice large TV on the wall of us to use for a slideshow. Plenty of parking and close to the beach and the soccer fields. Lots of places nearby for food or whatever you need.
Alison was excellent at the front desk! David in the breakfast area was very kind. Andrea was super helpful with the room rental. I would stay here again for sure!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Both front desk attendants we spoke with were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious. The free breakfast was great and the woman who was helping out in the area was wonderfully friendly and kept the area and tables spotless. There was a great selection of food.

Parking was plentiful and the hotel was easy to find. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Wrightsville Beach. It was convenient to have a grocery store, bank, and a few fast food options right within the same parking lot area as the hotel.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary in October. Super pleased with our visit. Carol was so welcoming and accommodating with our stay. Breakfast was hot and yummy, pool and gym was pretty much ours, and room was roomy and comfy. Awesome place to stay and check out the restaurants and shops in walking distance too!

Very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. We had to switch rooms due to a malfunction in the tv and Nigel was very helpful in making sure my family was comfortable with our room.
