Quality Service Today Plumbing & Septic

As part of getting new water valves and box installed for our washer we had a problem with the dryer exhaust being reconnected after the work was done. The space is very cramped and the reconnection of the vent hose was a real challenge. It had been each time we’ve had to move the washer and dryer away from the wall and was worse this time as the line started tearing.
Plumbers Jason and Austin worked through it, went the extra mile and came up with a great solution. They installed a new dryer exhaust line in such a way that the dryer can now be moved away from the wall without disconnecting it in the future. (That part of job isn’t actually plumbing.) I’ve also been impressed with how knowledgeable, courteous and helpful the people who answer the phones are. I highly recommend Quality Service.

Trevor at Quality was on time and very polite. He is very knowledgeable and offered several Solutions to my needs. Once he had addressed the service issue, we sat down and talked about the several small issues that I was having in the house with plumbing. He told me what quality could do and what they can provide and went straight to work fixing these small problems. Very happy with their work inside and out.

Blake was on time. He was polite and respectful of our property. He kept us informed along the way. He went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend him and will call him again for future plumbing needs.

Pipe repair went really quickly after a comprehensive evaluation of entire water system, providing quotes for suggested additional services. Provided lots of advice on things to look out for in the future to maintain/improve water system. A little pricey, but effective.

Joey was great! He was so polite he felt like family with his positive humble energy! He took the time to explain everything and BECAUSE he did in such a polite manner we upgraded our filter system. Initially we just wanted to fix the crack, but Joey made it exciting to upgrade the way he broke everything down. Thank you Joey!!!!

Blake is an excellent representative for Quality Service. He was on time. He was very respectful. He listened to what I had to say. He was very knowledgeable. I feel no one else could have been any better. He was everything you would want as Quality. Blake is high quality person.

Kevin with Quality Service Today Plumbing was excellent. He came out quickly and determined that we had 2 separate leaks. He gave us multiple options for repair, and ended up having to go into the wall and ceiling to do the repairs. He put us at ease and I feel confident in the quality of repairs to our shower. Thanks for making it easy and stress free in an urgent situation.

Esai was fantastic. He parked along the road not in driveway. When he came into house he put on shoe covers which my wife loved!!! Was very friendly did a great job. Very pricey though only down side! If use again will ask for Esai however will check for cheaper price. 5 stars for Esai 3 stars for pricing!!!!!

Quality Service Today Plumbing has super star plumbers in Evan and his assistant, Thomas. They were courteous, prompt and did an excellent job re-plumbing my 2-story home. They were also very upfront about what they needed to do in order to get the house re-plumbed, detailing where and why the needed to cut into drywall and minimized wall damage where they could reasonably do so. The price was fair, considering that other plumbing companies had given me rough quotes and then I never heard from them again. (Most of the other companies made no attempt to hide the fact that they did not want to re-plumb a 2-story home.) Great job, Evan & Thomas!

***UPDATE*** Quality Today Plumbing also installed a water softening system with a PH corrector and whole house filter. Dylan Tate provided just as fabulous an experience as the above job. After the work was completed, he explained the system to me in terms that a non-plumber could easily understand. GREAT JOB!

Blake was thorough during the process of identifying the source of the problem. At the end, he explained to options that I had including the cost. The job was then performed as he described and within the time he said. I am glad I went back and hired their services again for this urgent repair! In less than 24 hours I had the water service back on. Thank you guys!

Charlie and Joey were outstanding. They pulled up and got to work right away, walking us through every problem and solution. At the end of the appointment, we had water again and a plan for getting our pipes in working order again. We couldn't have asked for better service.

I was pleased with the service provided Seth was able to get the job done efficiently and took the time to explain the issue with my septic also helped me get someone to come and inspect the septic tank the same day. Jason King inspected our septic tank and explained to us more in depth on the issue I don’t speak English well and he was able to explain and answer all my questions in Spanish.

Joey was very nice and professional. He really helped me out with not giving up on me until I got approved to get the work done I needed. I really appreciate him for that.
