Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah - I-95 South - Gateway

The 2 queen with sofa bed room is huge and can nicely fit five of us. Nice breakfast, good pool. Next to a number of restaurants and very conveniently located. Overall very happy with the price we paid.

Saving grace, the hotel that my mom booked acted like we didn't have a reservation until we showed our confirmation. When we got back from eating dinner the office was locked with no one to be found. Luckily, I have Hilton Honors, so I told my parents to drive to the Hampton down the road. Got there and Luckily they had a few suites left. The receptionist greeted us with a smile and got us in promptly and gave us a welcome pack. The room and service was great. Good thing it happened like it did🙏! If you ever are in need of a hotel stay in Savannah, please keep this hotel in mind.

This is our go to hotel when driving to Florida. Just off of the I-95 exit, the hotel is clean and the front desk team was friendly. The room was spacious and perfect for our one night stay. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. A Houlihans is a half mile drive from the entrance. The morning breakfast is typical Hampton inn and exactly what we need to get energized to get back on the road. Highly recommend this location for an overnight stay.

We were treated like valued guests...just like it used to be!
Room was clean and the front desk women were sweet as sugar....Tawanna!!!, I mean you and the red haired Aquarian.
We were, however, stuck on the elevator several times and needed the assistance of the housekeeper to get us off the seemingly endless up and down ride because the door wouldn't open on the ground floor.
We notified the desk and were assured that the repair person was on site looking into the situation.
Also, at check-in, we registered (I thought) our service dog.
I was asked why I needed him! I was under the impression that it is unlawful to ask such questions as to why we require working dogs!
I was then told that Hampton Inn stopped accepting all dogs, including service dogs and now, only under certain situations, are they welcome!
I was not charged a fee for my dog until I used this Holiday Inn again a week later.
I spoke to the manager, named Wendy, who told me she would refund the $75.00 that was charged against my card. She did not!

Room was very nice. Very clean.

Breakfast area was well stocked and maintained. The attendant was very conscious of keeping up with everything.

Above average experience. Angela and Cynthia were very accommodating with my breakfast requests. Rooms are clean and well kept. Definitely recommend and will be back soon.

We asked for a handicapped accessible room. They went over and beyond. Thanks for the room. Big enough for 4 wheelchairs to roll around and not hit each other.

Nothing short of amazing!!!! This hotel was absolutely a great choice. The breakfast was good and the staff was always cleaning and also were very friendly and polite. The pool and hot tub was a wonderful experience for my family especially my grand kids. I would strongly recommend this hotel i will be staying again if i visit the area.

While only one elevator working during check out was frustrating they are under going renovations. It is posted all over the hotel that from 8:00 to 5:00 you're going to hear construction noise. I thought the staff was nice and the room was 100 times better than the hotel we stayed the night before. It's pricey but you get what you pay for, and we paid for a decent night sleep and a clean quiet room.

I like to go for runs in the morning and there is a nearby golf course and neighborhood. Applebee's across the parking lot. Room seemed recently updated. AC was cold. Water was hot. Pressure was decent on 6th floor. Huge line at the front desk but hotel has electronic keys. Definitely better than the Hilton i95 north.

When I arrived I was greeted and checked in by Daphney who is very professional and attentive to your needs. Even after I unpacked and went to the pool she asked me if there was anything I needed. She sets a great example to professionalism. Rooms were very nice and clean. Showers hot. Beds comfortable. Housekeeping very nice and friendly. Will definitely be staying here again

It was absolutely fabulous. The staff were the friendliest people I have ever encountered at a hotel. It's clear they love where they work. The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. We are both low carb and there were choices available for us.
It was a weekend date for us as a couple that we thoroughly enjoyed

We checked in late and were pleased with the customer from Jeremy. He was accommodating and made we had a nice room for the family. The room was clean. The pool was great and my son enjoyed it very much. They also offered a small breakfast. Coffee was good. We were pleased and would stay again.

We arrived at this hotel at 11:00 at night as a group of 6, and the customer service was amazing. The staff was very accommodating at all times during our stay, and everyone was nice. Nothing was broken or in disrepair in the hotel, which was a relief after our last vacation’s hotel was being remodeled. After realizing our room was to small for our 6, the staff let us switch to a bigger room without any trouble. The breakfast also met expectations and provided a nice selection of fruit. Overall, great experience!

Nice and clean . But don’t try to get more that one cookie at front desk they may front desk attendant may snap. But great place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel for one night after reserving online while about an hour away. The check-in process was super-simple and the room was in great, clean condition. Breakfast was passable, though not to my specific tastes on this particular morning. What really stood out to me was how friendly every employee in the hotel was. Even the man vacuuming the hall on our floor paused and greeted us as we walked past.
