Ruby Tuesday

I visited this location while traveling for business. Was it the best meal ever? No, but it was pretty good. I had chicken wings as an appetizer. For the main course I had a sirloin steak with broccoli and a side of grilled shrimp. The wings were good (side of blue cheese dressing). The steak was wonderful (for a mediocre steak) and the shrimp and broccoli were pretty good. I can walk to several restaurants from the hotel, but I will probably go back to this Ruby Tuesday's location for dinner tomorrow night.

Ate here two nights in a row. Food is always excellent. The salad bar is amazing.
Had the RIB eye steak and the wings the second night, both were really good. Steaks are probably cooked to order.
The food is so good it really doesn't feel like a franchise at all.

My experience was absolutely fabulous. The manager Krystal was just words beyond description. Her service and empathy was so genuine. She will be one the reason my wife and I return to this location here in Savannah GA. In addition, my waitress Jess was so accommodating and my wife and I was very honored to have her as our server. She was so kind and very humble.i wish they had more servers like her in this industry. We will be both lucky and blessed to have her as our server upon our return. Thank you Ruby Tuesday for having both Krystal and Jess as prime representatives of your fine establishment.

Today was another great meal and experience at Ruby Tuesday's. As always, Kayla was so very responsive and friendly as she took our orders, brought our food, and made us feel so welcome.

I really love the salad bar. It's much better than it was before the restaurant closed the salad bar for a few weeks to upgrad it. It's well worth the wait for me. And Watson just keeps coming out making sure everything stays stocked. He was restocking both times that I went up.

And a quality experience with good employees doesn't happen without strong, diligent leadership. Looking at Kayla and Watson, I know that Manager Danielle is on top of her game.

Our server Kayla, provided excellent service as a server is about more than just taking orders and delivering food. It involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, where guests feel valued and attended to from the moment they step into the establishment. A skilled server is attentive, able to anticipate the needs of their guests, and respond promptly to any request or concern.

She possess a thorough knowledge of the menu, offering personalized recommendations and answering queries with confidence. Effective communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully are essential traits. By ensuring each guest's dining experience is memorable for the right reasons, a server plays a crucial role in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately contributing to the success of the restaurant.

Nolan did a fantastic job taking care of us. My mom is recovering from cancer treatment and Nolan stepped up to get us seated nearby. He was courteous and quick on making sure we had everything taken care of. Our drinks were always topped off and we had a great experience. 👍

I telephoned the restaurant and spoke with the Manager requesting service for a party of ten in five minutes. When we arrived , Our table was ready and We were greeted with a Friendly Smile Excellent Customer Service.
We are appreciative for all of your hard work and for making our Family dinners and Birthdays extra Special!.
My Family and I eat at Ruby Tuesday on multiple occasions and We always receive Excellent Customer Service and Delicious Food in a Great timely manner.

I had a wonderful experience while dining at Ruby Tuesday’s. Our waitress Shavanda was such a pleasure. She had a very pleasant, sweet and welcoming personality. She made sure we had everything we needed and if we asked for something she was right on top of it. I would definitely love to have her as my waitress again. The food was also very delicious! My compliments to the chef.

We walked in last minute with a party of 9 after being turned away from 3 other restaurants nearby. We were greeted and welcomed promptly. Shavanda was our server, she was kind and provided excellent service. The food was delicious per her recommendation.

Shavanda was outstanding. Seriously. She helped make room for our party by moving tables together, and allowed all seven of us to order with separate checks. She prob didn’t love the extra work, but you couldn’t tell. She smiled and was personable the entire visit.

I just left downtown Savannah Georgia and stopped by this Ruby Tuesday. Our food was soooooo good 😊😊😊 everything was hot and fresh. The appetizer, the Honey crunch chicken sandwich my daughter ordered, everything. I ordered a top sirloin medium done and it was mouthwatering 🤤🤤🤤 baked potato was loaded and delicious 😋😋 such a wonderful experience. My compliments to the chef and team and my waitress. It was so good I decided to order dessert as well. Which was delicious 😁

Shavanda was the best, great attitude and very friendly. With a wonderful smile, she provided exceptional service, demonstrating attentiveness, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor. Tyler the bartender is AMAZING! He gave us Excellent service, his outstanding personality, and he went above and beyond with his hospitality! We will definitely be back to get served by Tyler again!

Shavanda was our server tonight and right off the bat she did a great job. She was courteous, quick and thoughtful. She made sure our toddler's meal came out first which is a nice touch for parents with a hungry kiddo! She had a great attitude and for a new server, already seems to have the hang of it! Thanks for a good experience.

Shavanda was amazing! She was knowledgeable and welcoming! We had a 2 year old and she made our experience so much better and made us comfortable! She had an amazing attitude and customer service! Will definitely be back and hope to have her back as our waitress!

We come here quite often. Nolan is a great server. He's very attentive and he's always friendly. I look forward to him waiting on me and would tell anyone who wanted a great meal and a great server to come here.
