McDonald's

I ordered burgers and asked for them to be cooked fresh. I waited and received burgers that were cooked fresh. I very much appreciate that! The icing on the cake is that the fries were hot too!

This is McDonald's. It doesn't really matter which one you go to, they are almost all the same.
Staff here actually asked which age group for the Happy Meal toy, and seemed to be happy. This is unusual for McDonald's where I live.
Everything came out hot. Order was correct. Not much more to say.

Stopped for a quick bite. They were short-staffed so it took a while to get our food. Everything was hot and fresh though, so it was worth the wait.

Usually, just do drive-thru. Their fish sandwich is one of my favorites. Really like your Egg McMuffin. I don't know why, but they have the best tasting diet Coke. Lines are occasionally long and a bit slow at bust times but nothing horrible. Typical McDonald's experience!

We stopped off the interstate to grab lunch. We had been driving since 6am. My wife was a little tired and hungry. The employee taking our order was accurate with our order. However my wife being tired wasn’t paying attention to what she was ordering or it populating on the Order screen. The Mc Donald’s employee taking our order was very professional. Asked us if we wanted to order more of what we had already ordered or was the order on our screen correct? My wife being frustrated pulled up to the window and went to apologize to the employee at the window. When the employee opened the window she asked my wife what she had ordered. When my wife repeated it back to her the employee started to hand us our order. Absolutely free. Regardless of the food being free, I just wanted to take a minute to thank the employees at this Mc Donald’s again. The service you provided us today was phenomenal. The fact that they dealt with our whole situation with such professionalism was everything to us. Thank you all for your hard work.

After having a horrible experience at the McDonald's in Garden City, we went to this one and was in line and received our order within 10 mins. The lady at the window was so sweet!
Still WAY better than GC!

Stayed at hotel there with my girlfriend and we went over they was fast with order!

I’m giving this 5 stars because of Manager Jamael and sorry if I spelled your name wrong. But I was there three times and I don’t want to throw anyone under the bus but I’ll just say Jamael was the one paying attention to the front counter, seeing who walked up and greeting them. Not only that, he actually listened as if he understood my request and repeated it back to me. You can tell the difference between someone who really is here to understand what service means. He didn’t pay me to write this and didn’t even mention it. He was just doing his job. By me being a former McDonald’s employee I know what you’re supposed to do when it comes to the customer. I’m sure Mr J is always on the schedule because of the way he works. I just want to give him his flowers because you don’t see that much nowadays. Thanks you, Mr J the manager I hope they do something special for you for this review you deserve it. Thank you for the service.

Food was fresh and on time

Friendly employees, this pilot station is awesome. I tell you, the people greet you from the time you walk in and leaving. I vote them number 1

Me and my youth group we're traveling from Florida to NC and we made a stop here for food and to swap drivers for the bus. These employees fed all 45+ of us and it was faster than some of the McDonald's near my house where I'd sometimes have to wait 8 minutes for a burger and fries. Props to them for being fast and still accurate with the orders.

It was late and the I side was already closed it took forever for a soda and fries which were both awful! How is it even possible that the fries were gross! I'll avoid this place next trip!

Sometimes the wait here is long, because this location is busy, but the food is usually always good. The one time I had an issue they made it right. Staff has always been friendly with us.

The service was fast and the employees attentive, unfortunately they just got my order all wrong and I didn't have time to go back and get it fixed.

Rare that I'm compelled to leave such a glowing review for a combination gas stop McDonald's. But the food was good, it was clean, and it was staffed by a group of very happy very friendly employees. That's the kicker for me. Keep up the cheery spirit!

I go to this station because they're the only one in the area that has Bourbon pecan coffee ☕ 😋 my fav... everyone is always welcoming 🙏
