Worked with Nathan(?) to purchase a dock and charger cord for my MS surface tablet. I was in a bit of a tizzy as I was down visiting my mother, had forgotten mine at home, and needed to get back to her house and set up for an important meeting. Nathan was great. Very understanding and patient with my craziness. He double-checked with me to ensure I had exactly what I needed before I left the store. Thank you!

This evening (11/17/2023) I was in this location with a friend who was attempting to purchase a phone case. There was a gentleman who helped him and I was impressed by the level of attention given to customer service. Then, upon checkout, we met Cora, who is a shining example of customer service. Clearly, this location is doing things right. Thank you for your professionalism.

I can’t speak highly enough for Dan in appliances. He is the most helpful and knowledgeable about the latest and greatest product offerings and helps make a major purchase a pleasure. He is so kind and explains the products and features so well and makes you feel at ease.

I have Geek Squad contract and have used it many times though I actually purchased it for a Lenovo PC which I returned and then purchased my current pc from Dell, but they still work on it. I have used both drop off at Best Buy and online access to my pc in the early days of set up. This last visit was to pick up the pc I had replaced. I actually had purchased that one through Best Buy in Georgia. I've even had questions about my phone taken care of on the fly when I was picking up or dropping off a pc.

Dan Ohara is a great major appliance and TV salesman. This is our third purchase from and all have been great. The geek squad is also excellent.

I needed them to fix something on my phone and there the only place that's known to carry Pixel phones and service them. The only downer read that when I called I wasn't told I needed an appointment, therefore, I had wait quiet a while BUT! My phone got fixed!

Alright, best but, what to say.
Don't like to go there. Extremely annoying policy of asking customers where they're going as soon as they enter the store. Jesus, leave me alone, I'll go wherever I have to and want to. Only store to ever do this so aggressively. Leave people wandering alone...

Always a great place to get what you need whether it's adapters for your phone or even you can get your phone plan here. They also have all kinds of things for electronics and the staff is very helpful. Yesterday I needed a new phone case because I had a new screen installed on my phone but I needed something more comprehensive and they had the OtterBox which is really the most effective protection for your phone

Went to see geek squad desk. They helped us with a Microsoft screen lock and charged us nothing! They had 4 guys working to help everyone which I thought outstanding in today's don't wanna work society.

People was very helpful especially one associate guy from the TV department. He helped as to buy Mini LED Hisense to.

Stopped in purchase 2 tv's. One for our outdoor kitchen area and one for our bar/family room. The associate who worked with us was knowledgeable and helpful. We made our purchase of two Samsung tv's. One 43" and one 75".

Brian, the manager of the storw on 41 in Sarasota was very helpful with my return. I bought a computer in Atlanta and wanted to return it when Ibreturned hime. I didn't have the receipt and Brian went above and beyond to help me.
