Loved shopping at this place. They have some wicked deals. The insurance covering on their items are admirable. Delivery is pretty far ou compare to similar stores so bear that in mind.

Kim M was super helpful and explained all of our options for customizing our new furniture. She explained how payments would work and what to expect regarding delivery. The store has a huge selection of furniture and what seems like over 50 + fabric choices.

Tom asked if he could help us, showed us where to look for what we were looking for (mattresses) and then left us alone to look (at our request). Definitely thank Tom for helping us exactly how we needed.

My go to place whenever I miss home. Anything you need at any price. Please stop closing your stores. 💃🏽

Steve, Macy's rug consultant, has outstanding customer service. In addition, Amber, of Macy's service center, is extremely personable and professional and knowledgeable. She attended to all of our needs and even made follow-up inquiry calls with us. Incredible customer service! Thank you Amber and Steve and thank you Macy's!

We already knew what we were looking for when we walked into the store but no idea how to find it. This kind gentlemen approached us about halfway through the store and asked if we needed help finding anything. He directed us straight to the sofa we were looking for even though it wasn't his department. He then proceeded to help us pick the appropriate set up for our living room and again this wasn't his department. During the buy process he was also extremely helpful and not overly pushy(as most salespeople can be) all in all 10/10 service he helped us get what we wanted without all the extra hassle.

Michael C was fantastic to work with, he helped us so much and I felt like he really cared about us and our purchase. He was a pleasure to work with, he made sure we got the right thing- we almost purchased the completely wrong mattress without even knowing! Thanks to him we got exactly what we wanted. He also showed us his computer screen and went over everything with us line by line. We also have decided to add the insurance, and he was not pushy about it at all! We look forward to coming back and seeing him when we buy our couch later this year.

Go to Macy's Furniture and ask for "Gwen" and you will have the best customer service experience! She is extremely knowledgeable, honest and kind and made our furniture experience seamless. We are very thankful to have met her. My husband and I love Macy's furniture - the quality and style go unmatched for the price you pay.

Had a GREAT experience. When you go in ask for KIM MILLER. She took care of my family beginning to end. She gave us breathing room to look around but was close enough to be there when we turned around and needed help. Not many sales people know this tactic as most like to suffocate and hover over you.. Very thankful we got to work with her and look forward to working with her in the future!

Different types of furniture that should accomodate any tastes..
I visited at least once a week for the past few weeks, mulling over which couch to get. Kim (sales associate) was there each time and helped pick the color to go with my room's color scheme. I finally picked the couch style and bought it after my numerous trips there and its getting delivered..

They have a little bit of everything but not lots of options of anything in particular. They are an actual outlet which accounts for this. Prices are very good compare to actual store. Glen was very helpful.

Went here on a whim after going everywhere else looking for furniture of disappointing quality and prices. Macy's has a large assortment of surprisingly high quality furniture appropriately priced.
