The environment was very organized and clean. ✨ Friendly staff... And a large variety of pleasant items to my surprise 🫢.

Best place to get ALL of your party needs . Don't run all over town trying to pick up items here and there.

This is the third time that Carolyn has assisted me with my balloon order. She is always pleasant, informative, and just overall a joy to work worth. She also makes outstanding balloon bouquets.

I made an online order a couple days before my son's 4th birthday. Everything I ordered was readily available in store & I had the option to pick up. And the store literally had my order pulled & ready for pick up in LESS than ONE hour! So I headed to the store to pick up my large order and balloons. The store is always well stocked, organized, clean & the employees are super friendly & helpful! Of course I looked around before picking up my order & found even more things i needed. And my baby's birthday party was perfect! Love this location!

Wish they had a better selection of bluey, but we got what we needed, and they are delivering balloons on saterday cant wait.

I had some latex balloons I needed filled with helium. It was a Saturday morning (very busy) but the people were very speedy and I made the party on time. I suggest you make an appointment to have this done. Thanks Party City!

My boyfriend took me here to pick out a birthday balloon!! They have a huge selection and I loved looking at all the party supplies :) we also bought a tiny hat for the cat to wear haha obviously she wasn't too pleased but it was a great laugh!

Excellent and friendly service. Greeted when walking in the door. Found everything I needed easily.

We had them inflate some balloons for a birthday party. They had them ready on time. They also have everything you could need for a 3 year olds birthday party, depending on your theme.

I found exactly what I needed and the staff there very nice. I ran in there at the last minute looking for what I need it in they did not make me feel rushed or that I was inconveniencing them. That means a lot.

amazing service ! i had carolyn taking care of me and she was so helpful and attentive! when i left the store the heat must of gotten to my balloons and she happily helped me take care of the situation. this is the best party city i have ever been to! i plan on coming to this location for all my celebration needs.

The store has shrunk in size and products but still a nice place to buy party supplies. Friendly staff.

Went in the day before HALLOWEEN parking lot was packed, I figured it would be a mad house. I was very grateful for the amount of staff they had on hand. Everyone who needed help was being helped. When I got to the line it was about 15 people long. I knew it would be a long wait, however I was paid and out of the door within 5 minutes. I congratulate whoever runs this place, very nicely done in this day and age.

My son had a Grinch themed birthday party and it just happened to be during the same weekend as the Riverwalk. Even with all the green balloons they didn't mess up my order. And they provided it in a timely manner along with other items that I was looking for to make my son's birthday successful.

At the last minute, I had to cancel an online balloon order for delivery. They were so understanding and helpful with my refund. Definitely, won't forget the great customer service and will continue to do my future party planning here.

This is THE test of my durability, integrity and will power. While trying to not over indulge my spending AND fulfilling my OCD!! I have to maintain my course and try not to get something in EVERY color! Great staff, decent products, the prices could be lower... That way I could buy more stuff. LoL

Another trip to party city another great experience Colin was working the front by himself with lots of people coming in and out with the other workers were working hard as well he was a younger kid who is handling it like a boss like he had been doing it for years he was very helpful informative and kind I appreciate the service especially in this time thank you so much Colin your parents did a good job
