First time customer and let me tell you!!!!! The food was phenomenal. I had the jerk shrimp salad and my hubby had the chicken jerk bowl. The food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely be back. The ladies there were very nice as well. Go get ya some!!

Just went here for the first time a couple weeks ago after hearing about how good the food is. Let me tell you, I have been thinking about how good it was all week!! The atmosphere is amazing. I'm not sure who took our order, it may of been the owner, she was so sweet and knew almost everyone by name. She ensured our food was correct, brought it out to us, and when I went back inside to ask for some plastic ware, she asked if my father's request for some gravy on his chicken (forgot to order) was taken care of. The prices are so reasonable for the quality of food served here. I will honestly be back quite a lot!! Thank you for sharing such amazing food with our community and for being such a blessing!

Add on: We both got the baked chicken with Mac and cheese and I got the cheese potatoes as my other side (so good!!!) I want those cheese potatoes for Thanksgiving haha.

Great local place! We ordered 3 smoothies and tried all of them my husband, daughter and myself they were all delicious we had trouble picking which one!! The place smelled absolutely amazing I will definitely be back to try the food.

I just picked up the jerk chicken bowl for lunch after hearing nothing but glowing reviews of the food.

And now, what's my humble verdict: I knew I was in for a treat when I opened the bowl. The smell of this culinary creation is a thing of beauty. The perfectly cooked chicken, the fruit, and the rice is sure to put a smile on your face.

But how does it taste? There are few words, so I will keep it simple: pure delight. My only -- only -- complaint was that the meal had to come to an end. It left me wanting more.

In a world so full of fast food malaise, Sisters Cravings is a little vacation for your taste buds. It is one of the best meals I've had in a very long while.

I was looking for a smoothie bowl place and came upon Sister’s Craving Juice Bar. It was my first time so the woman was so nice to explain everything to me and to walk me through it. I ended up getting the power green bowl with strawberries, bananas, granola and the seeds.

The bowl was big and it was good! I am so glad this place is now in Kingsport. Can’t wait to go back again and try a different bowl!

I’ve lived in Kingsport for years. I thought I’d heard of/been to all the best local spots in the area. I have never been more happy to be wrong. I don’t know which one was more impacting: the amazing, quality food or the ladies that run it. I got a jerk chicken bowl and a smoothie. Every bite of the chicken bowl had a new or more complex flavor profile. The smoothie is, without exaggeration, the best smoothie I’ve ever had. The ladies there exude positivity and seeing there connection customers was moving. I know Keith Lee is never gonna come to Kingsport, but if he did, I’d be sending him their way. God bless!

I stopped in yesterday on my way out of town and tried the Buffalo Soldier salad. The ladies working were so kind and welcoming. The salad: WOW. This was the BEST salad I've ever had. It had so much chicken packed on top and was extremely flavorful. I was more than impressed and will definitely be back whe I'm in town.

There is no where around here that you will find better service, fresher food, or quality as high as theirs. Every single thing has been above my expectations!! I will never be able to thank them enough for the kindness they consistently show me, and every person who walks through their doors.
Give them a chance, I promise you'll come back again and again 😋

Stopped here to pick up lunch the other day. I got the jerk chicken, quinoa bowl and it was delicious! I like that you can add a good amount of toppings and options without an up charge. It is pretty pricy for one bowl so I’m not sure it’s something I’d do regularly. However the flavor was great and fresh and the women who worked there were very friendly! Will stop again ☺

The food is amazing. The service is above and beyond and everyone is so friendly and kind. Prices are great. If we can give 10 stars we would. This is a great place to eat with great food. Everything is fresh and prepared per order. Can’t wait to try the soul food. I know it’s going to be out of this world.

Highly, highly recommend this place for takeout. I've had salads, bowls, smoothies and juices at Sister's and everything is delicious! There isn't much seating at the moment, but I think they are planning to add some.

Great conversation, great staff, awesome service, everything was VERY fresh, and the fruit bowls are just simply out of this world.
If you haven't tried this place then I suggest you jump in your whip and come immediately. I would order 2 of whatever you get because I promise you'll want 2nds later in the day/night. It's honestly that good. Thank you for opening such an awesome place to good ole Kingsport.

I can’t say enough about how much I love this business and these ladies! They actually catered my wedding when we opted for smoothie bowls over traditional wedding cake. The strawberry shortcake is my personal favorite, but everything on the menu is great. Just know that no matter what you try, you’re sure to love it!

Best smoothies and juices I’ve ever had!!! It’s so good, My mom made me bring her avocado toast all the way to Johnson City! The owners, Alicia and Esther, are the sweetest, most professional business owners I’ve had the pleasure to know. Absolutely have to stop by and try there amazing smoothies some sound gross but are the best taste and have the best service very friendly good vibes makes you feel happy inside and out best hands down and they let you try before you buy SO HELPFUL!

I loved my strawberry bowl smoothie. So good. I also got some macaroons which I had never had before and they were so good. I'm going to have to go back and get a bigger box.
