Malinda and Jared were amazing. They spent time helping my daughter upgrade her phone and me with some accessories. They were very knowledgeable and I appreciate all their help!! I will come from Suffolk to this store from now on. Excellent service!!

I visited the store this evening in a little distress, I accidentally dropped my phone and the screen was shattered at the bottom and not responding to touch. I also work at a hospital and had to work tonight and I had limited time to try to get a new phone. Sierra was absolutely amazing and she went above and beyond for me! We had some technical issues that stopped us from making a timely switch but she kept coming up with new ways to try to go around it. She was so kind and patient and it was really helpful for me because I was a bit frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness. She even stayed late to make sure I had a working phone. I will be forever grateful for her assistance! Thank you Sierra!

Erica was awesome, she made my cell phone buying experience quick and efficient being I was short on time. Switched over all my info from iCloud, contacts etc. I would recommend anyone to go and see her also very knowledgeable to iPhone or any phone for that. Thanks again❤ Rudy

I ordered a new phone on-line and picked it up in this store. Erica was great! I was welcomed when I first walked in the door. She was very professional and handled everything very well, even though she was by herself and busy with customers. I highly recommend this store and Erica!

Sierra is awesome! Her store is the 4th Verizon store I have visited this week and the first one where I did not receive misinformation in my attempt to buy a Galaxy Note 20 or accessories for it. Additionally, she made me aware of promotional credits available to me not mentioned by any of the other reps. She is my Verizon go-to from here forward!

Very helpful personnel. Conveniently located. Love the small-town feel. Everyone, especially Megan, has been so helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend going through them before hitting the big stores where you may end up waiting forever for service. They are the only ones I deal with, and so far, I have never had any problems. Thank you to all the employees!! RECOMMEND!!

I would like to say I recently visited the Windsor Va store and I was very very pleased with the above average customer service of the manager Cash Farrow. He helped me with buying a new cell phone with his impressive sales that he demonstrated with a smile and professionalism. I actually did not intend on buying a new cell phone today. I would truly like to say give this man a raise this is the type of customer services that really represent Verizon! Thanks Cash!

Got a new iPhone 11 last week at the store in Windsor and they were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will never need to go back to the Suffolk store as they took great care of me! If you live in Windsor it should be your first choice for cell phone needs!

I am not the ideal consumer by any means when it comes to technology. My Verizon Rep. was courteous, patient and kind. I have no suggestions to improve his work performance. It was an A+ visit.
